Purrs & Paws Grooming

I am not the one to leave review and I do not like conflict either. What a waste of $50. Brought my puppy for a bath and tidy. My bad for not giving instructions to my spouse before picking up our puppy. In short, puppy came sanitary area, paws not shaved. A few nails were cut but def not all of them. We have a hard time clipping and grinding our puppy’s nails that is why we pay $ for it. I was excited to try this place as it was really close to our home.

Very nice staff. They appear to have some growing pains (a couple minor issues during our visit but nothing to bring the rating down) but our experience was still excellent. They did a great job on our puppy and I have no complaints on the work they did. I removed 1 star because of 1 thing. You can not see into their work space at all. It's walled off. You can not see where animals are placed while they wait for their session and/or their owner. You can't see the staff doing the grooming either. Now, I'm sure they would be more than happy to show us if we asked. But it would be nice if they just had a window into their work space so a customer could see the animals being worked on and the ones waiting as well. This item could be a deal breaker for some pet owners so I thought it would be beneficial to mention it. But to re-iterate, the staff are absolutely excellent and did a REALLY good job. I just wish we could see into the grooming space and where the animals are kept before/after grooming.

Very friendly staff and did exactly what we asked them to. I have a small dog and he came out looking beautiful. My dog was fine as well, no strange behaviour.

Fantastic place. People were so nice and she was super quick. My dog is anxious and nervous and they understood that. She is 7 and this is the best grooming experience she has had. Will definitely be bringing my 3 girls here from now on.

Loved this service! Took our nervous little morkie to be groomed at Purrs & Paws. They did an amazing job, were so sweet with our pet, and their prices were competative. They listened and did as I asked. I will be a regular customer.

I have a senior dog, I worry about bringing him to the groomers often given his medical issues and panic attacks. I was somewhat put at ease when I walked in. it was quiet and peaceful for my puppy. I was glad to hear I would get a call the moment they were finishing up with him. he has bad joints. the appointment was over in an hour! and he came back running to me. sometimes at previous salons he'd be shaking and limping after the hours on their table.

I have a senior dog and is a member of the family. He isn't great with bathing or being brushed out. I just asked for a cut to make him comfortable for the summer.Groomers took their time with him and were very wonderful and understanding of his temper. He came out looking better than what I was asking for and was a very nice experience10/10

Our dog has crazy anxiety and he actually wasnt traumatized for once they must give lots of love! Not to mention he looks great for a fair price . Thanks again reggie will be a returning customer!!

Marlow my 3 year old Puli, had a great experience.... they did a great job, and it was only a two hour appointment, other groomers asked me to come back 4 hours later. I have booked Marlow for a follow up groom in 7 weeks, we were so happy.... Congratulations on your new business and looking forward to many more grooms..... Super friendly and accommodating to my nervous rescue girl who doesn’t enjoy being groomed. We were pleased with our groom and will definitely go back. Glad to see this great new business in our community.
