Toms Tours-Raft Rentals

When my friend and I were getting ready to go boating, we realized a valve cap was missing from our boat. Just as we were planning on how to save our boating day from being ruined, tom walked up to us and offered to help!! We didn’t even rent from him, but he came over to help us. And wildly - HE HAD AN EXTRA VALVE!! Not only that but he offered to use his super awesome quick air pump to blow up our raft.I am blown away by his kindness and offer to help. Even though we were not a customer, he took care of this. Tom is da bomb. We will never forget this and we will be singing his praise to anyone that will listen!! (M’am this is a wendy’s)Thanks Tom for saving us from peril!!!

Tom is awesome!!! I’ve not rented from Tom… but my 11 year old got it into her head to swim across the bow river; Tom was there meeting clients who were finishing their float… he and his partner paddled a boat alongside my daughter, escorting her on her adventure. They cheered her on and made sure she was safe… and helped to make her first swim across the river a massive success!! These guys are stellar characters!! We’ve watched them interact with their clients and they are incredible!! Defo rent from them!

Follow up to previous review… Tom saved the day take 2!! After saving us from a missing valve and graciously offering up one of his spares, then having inflating our boat he discovered we have a hole! Tom saves us once again!!! Thank you Tom for renting us a boat and setting us off to sea safely!! We will never forget you and will see you shortly when you pick up your boat!
