Tracy is AMAZING. We adopted two rescue pups in January and were feeling a bit overwhelmed and unsure of how to support them and their anxieties. Tracy has given us the tools and the confidence to support our pups so they can live their best lives. Working with her has completely changed our days and we absolutely recommend The Grateful Dog.

I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet Tracy and to be her student, along with my very hyper young dog. Her class was so valuable, in learning the skills we need, to shape a well balanced, well manned, and calm dog. She is an excellent teacher, taking her time for each dog and always a sense of humor, helping to make the class interesting and enjoyable. The weekly homework, sent via email, the day after class, was detailed and comprehensive. I found these so helpful, that I printed the emails, for future reference. Her ongoing support and encouragement means so much. I cannot say enough good things about our training sessions with Tracy. Tracy taught me how to effectively communicate with my adult dog who was exhibiting some behaviors that were making walks less enjoyable for us both, and enhanced our trust, communication and connection through a gentle, kind, and effective approach. The difference between our walks from before we worked with Tracy to now are night and day difference. Tracy is great! We met her in puppy class and she has continued to be a reliable resource for me as I continue to grow and train with my pup.One of the early problems I brought to Tracy was that my young pup wouldn't walk and just sit there. Tracy helped me to realize that my pup is VERY scent driven and will stop mid walk in order to sniff the air and take everything in.I continue to reccomend her to anyone who needs help or wants to learn more about training their pup.

Tracy educated me to turn my crazy little GSD X husky into a calm, eager to listen, amazing little dog. Her classes are always enjoyable, she takes the time to talk to everyone in her classes ensuring everyone understands and their dogs are comprehending. Her prices are very fair. Words cannot explain how grateful we were to meet Tracy and have her guide us on training our girl Laika.
