The customer service is amazing, with prices just as good. I had a windshield replaced and they were amazing explaining everything to me, plus it was done within a few hours! They always have people ready to at least look at the vehicle, and are quick to help find a solution.

Took my car in for warrantee rust repair. The rust was not removed. It was just sprayed over. The rust was bleeding through by the time I picked the car up. Now no one is getting back to me to correct the issue. This is as much the fault of Bracebridge Subaru's as it is CSN.

Front desk is pleasant, but cannot answer any of your questions. Terrible customer service. The repair took longer then they said. The repair looks good but over all experience was not good.

I had two warranty rust repairs done by the team at CSN Cavalcade and I am extremely impressed with their work on my Ram 1500 Sport. Having to work on and blend a vibrantly coloured vehicle (Stinger Yellow, Special Edition) is no easy task, but they did it flawlessly. Not only did they deliver on their repair, their service was impeccable. Ryan and Leah were extremely friendly and helpful through this entire process. Highly recommended!

Service and the desk staff were super helpful, friendly and great to work with. I'm not sure if it was just my scenario, but my vehicle was at their shop for almost 2 months. Gladly the insurance company provided me with a rental.

Called them on Thursday for a windshield replacement. Dropped it off Monday night and before noon on Tuesday it was done. It was cheaper then I thought. Glad I decidedto pay out of pocket over insurance. The staff are great and honestly i definitely recommend them.
