Mercer Street Dentistry

If I could give more stars I would! Mercer St. Dentistry is excellent all the way from the receptionist Jenette, to Dr. Hansen's outstanding work. Dr. Hansen is professional and calm, and has a solution for all of your dental needs. Jenette at the front desk is very welcoming and always exceptionally kind. I have had several not-so-positive experiences at the dentist but Mercer St Dentistry has completely changed my opinion on the dentist. Highly, highly recommend!

I highly recommend to anyone looking for a downtown Toronto dentist: Dr. Hansen and her team are wonderful! Every time I feel welcomed and professional cared for. The clinic is very clean and the dental work I've had done has been performed with technical expertise and excellent hospitality.

I had an emergency visit yesterday the doctor was so nice and kind. They have done a really great job I felt so much better after visiting. The location is so convenient for me who lives in downtown. The clinic is clean and neat.

Wonderfully friendly receptionist Janette was super helpful!! The dentist & dental assistant we’re both very kind and patient with me.

Had my first appointment here. They were lovely. It was so easy and quick to initially book an appointment and fill out my info ahead of time. Saw the dentist right away. Was very impressed with the space itself and the health precautions they took - all but 1 wearing N95 and at all times, gowns, multiple surgical clean air units everywhere. They had obviously taken the time to review my info as it was referenced at the beginning. Bonus that it’s the first place ever that my insurance went through directly and I was able to easily book another appointment. Will definitely be going back.

Dr Sarah Hansen is amazing and such a kind hearted person. I always look forward to my dental visits and i’m so happy to be a patient at Mercer street dental surgery. Thank you so much for all the great work you do keeping my teeth and gums healthy. Jeanette is wonderful and always makes me feel so welcome, all the team are so caring and companionate and do amazing work. I just visited the surgery today and left in such a happy upbeat mood and needed to share my great experience as always. Thanks everyone and I look forward to my next visit.

Jenette is the best receptionist in the city and that’s on god! Incredible staff and Dr. MacLean is fantastic. I’m brand loyal for life, Mercer Street Dentistry is the only dentistry worth your time and hard earned money.

Best dentist experience of my life!I never review, but had to share that this was the most phenomenal dentist experience I've ever had. I've been to a lot of dentists in many cities and this has been the best experience by a mile. I'm SO anxious and terrified of my dental visits and although I entered this appointment completely wrecked with nerves, I left totally calm and happy. The doctor and assistants were so kind and patient and explained everything to me as it was happening and before, and were extremely gentle and comforting. The TV on the ceiling was also wonderful for distraction. Recommend for anyone but especially those a bit nervous about the dentist! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. :)

I have been coming to Mercer Street for a couple of years now and don’t see myself ever going to another dentist. Dr. Hanson is absolutely incredible, she is patient, charming, super honest and genuine. Today I had a big treatment scheduled, but instead she prioritized pain I mentioned in another area in order for me to go to vacation and not have to worry about it. I love going here, the staff are so straightforward and helpful, everyone always has a smile on their face. Look no further when trying to find yourself a new dentist.
