I was sent here to be looked at for Impingement in my hip and over 15 years of pain in my hip and now nerve pain In my leg.The doctor was extremely rude and wouldn’t let my support person come in for my Disability. I was sent to Physio which did not help as I’ve already tried working out and stretching for years and it’s only made the problem worse, and retried orthotics again did not work. I’m now getting permanent nerve pain in the leg and popping in the leg and now in my pelvis on that side. It’s so much fun to be mocked for being in years of pain and slowly loosing function In the leg all thanks to a fall on it.

The best clinic I’ve been to for sports medicine. I’ve been going for 15 years or so. The doctors are very knowledgeable, and they have on site x-ray in case that’s what you need. Knows world wide. There are multiple locations in london. I’ve only been to this one. One thing call ahead and ask to be put on cancellation list so you get a quicker appointment. Also, go 5 min early and wear shorts or appropriate attire so the doctors can check you. You’ll have to pay for parking. I think it’s $3 per hour. Get there early as it’s a small lot and you may have to park somewhere else and walk. Oh and it’s on Westerns campus so you’ll see a lot of students during the school year. I highly recommend them. Usually they’re very close to their appointment times, but sometimes you’ll have to wait a bit considering how busy they are or short staffed like it was today. But still a great place if you have a sport injury. The pictures are for nothing illl get better ones next time

I saw Dr. Putzer. He met with me for 10 minutes at the most. He gave me a referral for physiotherapy which is not covered by OHIP so I can’t afford it since I am on ODSP. He also gave me a prescription for custom orthotics even though I just got new orthotics a few months ago. I have to go back in April for another appointment with him, so another two months of limping with pain. Not impressed!

I was booked with what seemed like an unexperienced doctor who was not able to properly diagnose me. He then referred me to an insurance-milking physiotherapist to make a diagnosis for him. The latter billed for an hour and spend only 15 minutes with me, without adequately examining me or working with me on any exercises. No one asked to follow up on my condition until I had to call in again to book another appointment because I wasn't getting any better. Not sure what the standards of care are here, but care seems to be inadequate at every level. Sad that this once reputable place is coming to this.

I saw Dr.Putzer for the third time a couple of weeks ago. Received a cortisone injection in each heel. He tries to locate where i need it by pushing on my heel in different spots, but I usually only feel the pain when I walk on it. So how am I supposed to know where the shot should go. It ends up I didn’t get it in the right spot so I still have pain on the back of my heel and still limping around. Disappointment once again after visiting Dr. Putzer!

I was referred to this clinic due to where my DR was. (Dr.Wilites). I also got surgery on my shoulder from him. This is not the first time I have had to wait 1-2 hours after my schedule appointment. I understand being late 20 min or so. But to wait this long is a complete dis regard for patients times. I don’t know if it is the doctors over Schedule them selves or just no respect for there patients time. When I do finally go in to see the Dr.Wilitis, I get any tiger doctor first and then he comes in. The first doctors explains things. the first docter suggested Imaging because I had had rehurt my hurt and the symptoms presenting sugessted it. To only have Dr.Willits to disregard it and say it was my fault because I did not get physio right after they had given me a steroid shot in my shoulder. Which messed up my neck for 3 weeks. Well here we are again 1 hour after my appointment waiting. Only to be probably rushed through the appointment and told I haven’t done enough when I have everything. That has been asked of me.

Everyone went above and beyond.Dr Getgood was knowledgeable and caring.Danielle was so helpful, it’s nice to see people who like there jobs and go out of there ways to help.

They were an hour behind schedule for an appointment I had at 1 pm. Went to see them about hip pain that's been going on for 7 years and tell me to see a back specialist, I saw the back specialist and they tell me it's definitely a hip problem. Not only that but the doctors at fowler Kennedy made a note in my file mentioning what my problem could be WITHOUT ACTUALLY TELLING ME TO FACE! Will definitely never return here, complete wast of time.

I had an appointment today with Brian Webb, Physiotherapy Consultant at Fowler Kennedy Clinic. Apparently, Brian was at the clinic but did not show up for Physiotherapy instead the Placement student dealt with me the whole time. I liked the work of the student however I was paying for the Physiotherapist. It's ironic after 30 minutes Brian was helping some other client. I feel its disrespectful . At least, once he should have come in to check on the patient you have time booked for ?
