The customer service at this establishment is abysmal as low as you can experience. They are scammers, the inspectors should shut down that place. I went to buy a lottery ticket today, May 25, 2021, for the first time in my life and since I had no experience they charged me the money and they did not give me a receipt for the ticket(so the real ticket) . The younger boy didn't tell me that I needed that receipt to put it in the machine but he knew what he was doing, it was not a mistake. I left the store and called them to tell them what had happened but I did not get any solution . My boyfriend went to the store for my ticket and they told him that I surely lost it because they gave it to me. That is a lie, my boyfriend showed them a receipt for payment of a debit card and asked to checked the cameras but the 2 men refused. They just took the lottery ticket for themselves and I paid for that $15 . WHAT A SHAME OF MEN.
