I was mouving in the Edmonton area with the military. Being from another province I didn’t know anything about the area. Rebecca Giesbrecht was really professional and helped me so much throughout the process of finding a new place. She was really friendly and understood my needs. Over a weekend I was able to do a viewing and the lease was completed the next day. I highly recommend this company and her as an agent.

I cant speak for the whole company, but I can speak for the experience I had with Jerry Dobri. The service I had truly did feel above and beyond. Jerry answered any questions I had in a very timely manner, and gave me a full walk through of the process from start to finish. Being a first time home buyer it was a little overwhelming at first but with the help and guidance from Jerry in terms of information, building inspectors, and real-estate lawyers it was all a breeze in the end. Highly recommend contacting Jerry for any property sales/purchases that you may need, you will not be disappointed!

I don't really do many reviews but I hope this helps someone else not get scammed and loose their hard earned money as me and my roommate did. I dealt with this agent SUE MATUS. Me and my roommates are AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS and rented an apartment through Sue Matus. We were there for 2 straight years and paid our rent before time and never had issues. After we left and were already in BC she kept our security deposit for a whole month saying the place was not cleaned. Her colleague literally came to inspect before we left and said the place was in good condition and i have evidence as i took pictures as well. She is extremely unprofessional and unqualified for this job and pretty much running a scam. DO NOT take her work. Ask her EVERYTHING in writing. Stay safe

I recommend the Good Real Estate Company to anyone looking for great professional services! They are extremely personable, attentive and made the whole buying experience fantastic! Sometimes this process can be stressful, but the Good supported me through my purchase of a cabin. Thank you a million times - and looking forward to working with you again in the future.

Where to start?! This company has been nothing but amazing to us. Especially Sue Matus. She has help us with a lot, answered all the questions we had in a timely fashion. She would go above and beyond to help us where she could. I would recommend this company and Sue to anyone looking for professional and above and beyond services. I have to be honest. I wish I had read some of these reviews before I hired them and Sue specifically for my property manager.Negligent, hard to get ahold of, can't answer questions, can't figure out much. I've yet to see a monthly statement from these guys and I'll be calling to cancel ASAP. I don't ask for much. I've got 3 properties, and I've never seen one act this way. Always 24 hours between a 2 line reply. I've given them the benefit of the doubt for 4 months since I got my property listed with them. But this is getting silly.

Here is my experience when I had Sue Matus as my landlord.She is very negligent to be a property manager. She fails to meet tenants basic living concerns. With her poor communication and interpersonal skills, she cheated her way as I tried to negotiate monthly after our one-year lease. By the law, you are able to have monthly lease after that. To add on to my horrible experience, she is very hard to reach as I was always left on voicemail or message was delivered and unanswered. For whoever who still has a contract with her I suggest to give her the cheques in person instead of e-transfer so she can actually come out of here cave.I would like to say to steer clear of Sue Matus as she is not professional and you would have a frustrating and hectic time dealing with her.
