Visiting from out of town…. I’m at a loss for words at how impeccable the service was (shoutout Sophie). Not only did she add an ample amount of cookie dough (within reason of course), but she also asked me how my day was. Give that woman a raise!!

We ordered a custom ice cream cake for my husbands birthday. The ice cream itself was delicious and the cake was beautiful. However we were disappointed by how little cookie dough there was!

Absolutely awful. Terrible service they don’t weigh their ice cream because they know it’s always not enough they don’t even fill the cone to the top and the flavors are completely off. Do not recommend. Not worth 7 dollars for half a cone.

Nice treat on a hot day. We picked cotton candy with snickers and peanut butter cups.Staff were friendly. Store was clean.Should of taken a photo of the ice cream prior to us devouring it.

We ordered a birthday cake Cookie Dough Drizzle recently from their web site and picked up in store two days later. The cake was delicious, with actual Oreo cookies and cookie dough. It is a good value for the amount of desert.We appreciated the customer service - received confirmation e-mail when cake was ready for pick up.
