Mark's

Visited the store the second time this week to redeem an employee voucher. The lady at the cash was rude and refused to do my billing . Reason is that she wanted me to come back with a printed copy of the voucher. In fact in our first visit, to Mark's last week my wife was carrying the voucher, but couldn't redeem it as I was not there. Today I had the voucher ID and all details on the phone. But this lady in a hijab ( I don't know her name) asked me to come back with a printed copy of the voucher. I asked her if I can send an email to the stores I'd. She said no and asked me to step aide. I felt , what attitude and a waste of time. I asked her if she can check with a manager, so that I can send the voucher as an email. Finally with a lot of fussing she paged the manager. Manager was a nice lady , she gave me the I'd and got my voucher printed. I went back to the same cashier, and told her, that it is possible to send vouchers via email too. She got offended and just moved away from the till, and left me standing there. After a minute another cashier came and completed the transaction. Customer service is all about being helpful and nice to people, not being rude and aggressive...I would not go back to this store again.

The two gals at the cashier were so happy to help my wife and I. Very personable. They are a definite asset to this location. I was joking about putting a security sticker on my wife.

I think this was the one at Sunridge Mall. My wife was shopping for clothes, I was just an innocent bystander...It's an interesting store though, I've never seen a Mark's in a mall before so it was a surprise to see one.It has a bit different layout than you standard Mark's, but once you get inside, they have all the same stuff.

Most of the clothing is overpriced but you can find good deals sometimes during special sales events! Staff at the Sunridge location is always busy ...doing nothing.

Excellent customer service.Very friendly cashiers. Lots of stuff on sale. Extremely recommended to go and shop around. God luck.

Tiba was super amazing she went above and beyond to make sure we get the best deal and she was so nice and friendly!!!! I never really get much when I go shopping but she definitely surprise me as how nice she is and so helpful !!!! She should get a raise!!!!! Because of her will know more about marks and will definitely keep coming back

Store manager refused to price match Helly Hansen FR fleece whereas Chinook Marks store did the price match. Different rules specifically in Calgary NE.She was rude and even told me to go to Edmonton to get it where it has low priced.

I found a pair of leather sandals that fit perfectly, thanks to an employee's help. (The trick is to completely open all the straps, then insert foot, and finally tighten straps to get a custom fit.)

Terrible customer service at this location the staff were to busy laughing rather than helping customers we came in may 21 in the morning. We found what we needed but as we were checking out the women tired selling us a MasterCard which is fine but we said no thank you my partner said he would love the discount but not wanting to sign up she snarked back and said well you can’t get any discounts without signing up we just made a simple joke to lighten the fact we didn’t want a MasterCard she kept pushing so hard for it we won’t be back at this location very unpleasant and need better staff and more training on how to treat customers.

Marks is a great go to store for work and casual apparel. Big selection of work boots and wide size shoes for men. They have a nice selection of women's clothing and scrubs. Great place to find the much needed Christmas sticking staffers like socks, underwear, mitts and the kitschy items for fun. This store is located in Sunridge mall, so it's handy & easy to get to. Big bright and clean.
