The mechanics here are very friendly and attentive. They tell you everything about your car and answer you questions with ease. Highly recommend going when it’s not busy. I felt like a queen while I sat in my car and got it serviced. Haha

Really appreciated Nick (and Jason's) service today. Nick educated me on my options and encouraged me to take the best option for my vehicle and its tires and its safety! (And it jived with what my car expert uncle in a different city advised as well).Very respectful, educational, and helpful approach and a good group of guys.I'll be back!

Very bad experience at this locationI been using there service for more than 7 years on bank street for oil changeThis is my first time doing the summer tiersAnd after 40k driving I heard noise from the rear tiers and the car starts shakingI stopped to see what is the issueI found all the fasteners are loss and one of them is missingIf you guys don't know how to do tiersDon't do it do the oil change and leave the tiers for who is good to do itPlease see the video

I recently took my car to Mr Lube for a routine oil change and I was really pleased with the service I received. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to answer all of my questions about my car's maintenance needs.The process of getting my oil changed was quick and efficient. The technicians were able to get started right away and had my car serviced in no time. They also checked all of the other fluid levels and let me know about any potential issues they noticed. Also what I appreciated the most is that they didn't try hard press their upsells. They simply made a suggestions and once I said no they understood and didn't try to come up with rebuttals after rebuttals.I appreciated the convenience of being able to wait in the comfortable waiting area while my car was being serviced. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service I received. Overall, I had a great experience at this oil changing place and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Went in about a week ago for an oil change and from the first person I spoke with telling me to wait to the guy changing the oil, the service was great! Denzel was friendly and helpful with all my questions.

I dropped off my car here and I called an hour later to check in. The manager answered my call and advised car drop off is not a service they provide and my car would not be looked after. This is a bad review for the manager as he did not even offer an apology. Im not mad the staff made a mistake. I am mad I was not called immediately and no solutions were offered to me. The manager should have 1. Apologized for the inconvenience and 2. Called as soon as he knew the situation so I could pick up my car. When I asked why I didn’t receive a call, he threw in an excuse. The phone call takes 30 seconds tops. I get there 10 mins later only to see the manager walking around not doing much. The fact that the person in charge of this auto-shop does not take responsibility for things that happen here is y professional, and I would never come here again. Go to Jiffy Lube instead.

The service was more than I expected. Drive-through type to get the vehicle in, I think that is great, the only downside from this is that every car is idling while waiting....perhaps there should be signs somewhere asking people to turn it off, making it a No Idling Zone"

I had a good experience with Nick and Dorvenski. They did a good job on the replacement of transmission fluid. Nick was patient to answer all my questions. will come back and recommend it to my friends.

Brought my vehicle in for oil change today and and was more than satisfied with the service i received from a gentleman by the name of Destin, he was thorough with explaining work needed to be done but did not push products i wasn't comfortable purchasing , he did recommend a hot engine flush and i am satisfied with the results!Definitely WILL be visiting again. 5 stars :)
