Amazing customer service! I called the Vancouver office looking for a replacement shower cartridge, which I was having trouble locating. The rep had me email some photos and my contact info. Within 10 minutes they had a replacement shipped out, free of charge. Very rare these days!

Worst technical support after purchase warranty coverage ever. I have a bathroom faucet (Venty model) that just decided to flow water when in the off position, not even drip drip drip but a constant flow. So I contacted customer service via email who quickly transferred me to tech support. I waited weeks and nobody contacted me so I called on the phone and waited hours on hold for a tech. Finally spoke to one who told me it was the cartridge and he would have it sent out to me. I received the new cartridge installed it and it still leaks. If I press and hold down the handle it stops the constant running from the tap but then starts to leak down the neck of the facet. I emailed back and once again no response, so I called and once again on hold for hours. Finally spoke to the tech Remi and all he did was complain about how over worked he is that he worked on his lunch hour, that he is doing overtime answering all the cheap @$$ people who install themselves instead of paying a plumber, etc. Spoke to me so rudely, so I asked if he could transfer me to his supervisor and he told me, no, that he would give them the message. He continued to be rude and and when I pointed it out he hung up on me. I called customer service who were very kind but said that they could not help out on warranty, that a tech would have to. I was given the name and extension of another tech, so I called and left a message, but no response. I have also not heard back from the supervisor, Anne Levesque, about the rude tech. My guess is either he did not pass on the message or she is just like the rest and doesn't care. I have 3 bathrooms with all Riobel faucets and shower heads. Now I have no choice but to replace the defective one and as it is in the master bathroom I will need to replace the matching one on the other sink as well as the bath as when I purchase I will go with a reputable company who backs their products and cares about their customers. Never again Riobel. Buy local, buy Quebec they say....well not worth it. If you are looking for products from this company, I would steer far away from them.

I had a riobel floor mount tub faucet that started to leak after 5 years. contacted riobel and they had me send it back for inspection. Sent me back a new one no charge, no questions asked. So impressed with this company. You don't see that much anymore. My hats off to you Riobel. Will never buy another brand again. They were pleasant on the phone and kept me updated all the way through. I have never had such a good experience with a company. I'm not one to post comments and this is actually my first but I had to after dealing with them.

Unlike other company like Moen or Kohler, this company did not guaranty their cartridge for the faucet. I just got off the phone with customer service, they said if I am not the original owner and without original receipt they would charge you for the replacement cartridge.

My entire house had Riobel products and I did experience a few issues with them. Shower head leaked , had to replace a few cartridges very early . Yesterday I had to replace the cartridge in my shower valve and it was totally stuck . I damage the handle and the ring. At that point I didnt care , it needed to come off . I headed to their HQ in St-Jerome and was serviced by a lovely lady with a nice smile , she got me all the replacement part ( even the one I damaged) + 2 aerators , no cost !I was starting to lose faith in the brand but with such an exceptional customer service, I will buy again from this brand

It’s a rare company that stands behind its products, and replaces at no charge, no drama, with no questions asked when something goes wrong.Riobel is one of those companies, and they’ve got me for life.We recently moved into a condo and noted the bathroom faucet was in poor shape and leaking ( and not Riobel’s fault, it was poorly installed).In any event we had a plumber in for a few jobs and he said he couldn’t in good faith charge us to replace the faucet “because it’s a Riobel and they’ll send you a new one for free “.I didn’t believe it, but I sent an email and a video of the issue, and less than 24 hours later, I’ve a confirmation a new faucet is on its way.Astonishing.

Great Company. Beautiful products. I'm from Alberta and have the best Customer Rep in the country. She is always available to me and so very knowledgeable of the products. Only faucets I want to sell. LOVE MY RIOBEL.

This company is a fraud. Knowingly sells known defective products and refuses to replace them (sent me parts on 3 different occasions instead of replacing the full unit, as if I could afford to bring a plumber each time to my home…). Avoid at all cost!

We had to change the cartrige of our shower as well as the stop valves after 18 years of operation with Riobel products. We had a great service! We contacted riobel and sent them the pictures of the parts with our receipt. They have sent us the parts after one week free of charge!

They sold me a product with a defect (leak).The seller changed the product immediately, but now I am still waiting for Riobel to take the related worked expense. They are slow as hell and conscientiously waited the end of their delay" to realize their refund procedure suddenly changed.The new product feel week too
