The advertisement was correctly described with words and pictures, for the pontoon we wanted. They answered all questions before driving an hour and twenty minutes to verify everything. Prices are firm and within other private parties are selling. Paid and drove it home same day. Highly recommend talking to them as their inventory changes.

I live in Kansas and chose to drive up because of two recommendations from neighbors. I'm glad I did. First, the sea legs for my pontoon are great. (No one down here installs them that I could find.)The sales experience was professional and the communication was great. The pick up experience went very well and they explained what needed to be explained.And lastly, their service department really delivered this month. A controller for the bimini top went bad. My son diagnosed the problem and so I called up to MN to see what could be done. They were aware of the problem and had oredred/stocked extras. Only four business days later I received the part in the mail and that solved the problem.They do what they say. I can't ask for anything more.

I gotta say I never take time to write a review, unless I had a terrible experience. In this case my experience with them was outstanding. We bought our new pontoon at the boat show, they were easy to work with, they kept me informed through out the entire process while the boat was being built. What most impressed me was their delivery!! They brought my new boat almost 4 hours up to our lake, put it in the water, and spent 2 hours on the boat with me showing me every single detail from docking it all the way way to how the table worked. I have to say I figured I knew everything there was to know about a boat. I was wrong! Thanks for all your help.Jamie

Good price for winterizing and storage, but you get what you pay for. Customer satisfaction just isn't a priority here I guess. Brought my boat home and they had put the pointy end of my boat cover pole up, and it punched a hole in my boat cover. First excuse was my boat cover was in poor shape and full of patches...its not, second was the pole didn't have a protected end for the tarp side...it does, then they tried to tell me I wasn't using the pole properly, and the protected end goes on the floor so it doesn't move. The pole isn't long enough to reach the floor, the pointy end goes in the front seat cup. Pretty obvious. I wasn't even asking them to repair it, I was just giving them a heads up so they could tell the person that did it to watch for things like that. I just figured they had some young, inexperienced kid helping them out, but it was actually one of their mechanics that did it.
