Cranial sacral massage with Marsha Certainly helps me to manage my pain and utilize my upper body in a more efficient manner.. Marsha is kind and sensitive and reads my body so well.I never responded well to traditional massage; however since being the victim of two auto accidents Marsha Has made me a convert of cranial sacral massage.

I have just completed 2 sessions with Angela, I found Angela to be extremely competent,professional and possesses excellent assessment skills. Staff are professional outgoing and very accommodating. I would highly recommend Bay City Physio.

The Clinic is spot on in its professional approach. I have been coming here for over a year and the team has literally put me back on my feet. My Massage Therapist, Marsha Thelosen is amazing ! Very calm demeanor , professional, thorough and a credit to the whole approach I have experienced . I highly recommend her and the whole team at Bay City Physio. Great job everyone, thank you !

Paige and Angela are both phenomenal in their designations. I was in a terrible car accident last year, but with their help, I have been recovering well.The clinic is an accommodating and professional one. You can't beat Bay City!

I friend of mine recommended Marsha for massage therapy as Marsha was able to help her eliminate a sciatica issue that had plagued her for 10 years. I'll be heading later this week to my 10th appointment with Marsha. I'm almost reluctant to sing her praises too much as I don't want her to get too popular. I've had many massages and massage therapists over the past 20+ years and I think Marsha is the absolute best. Kind, caring, competent... I feel safe in her hands and comfortable that she really knows what she's doing. Plus, my lingering lower back issues have improved immensely since I've been seeing her.

I won a free massage through a giveaway and Marsha was amazing. She talked me through the massage beforehand and then during. I could tell she really knows her stuff, she knew immediately I was a desk jockey just by my back! We also talked about my knee injury which I have been doing physio with Angela at the same clinic. My body definitely needs massage on a regular basis and I will be back to Marsha.

Went to see Natasha at the East SJ branch. Very professional and thorough service and did two treatments on my rotator cuff which left me at 0.25/10 on the pain scale.

I have an issue that flares up periodically and Bay City is the only place I go. Staff are very friendly. My physiotherapist Angela is amazing, she listens, asks questions and immediately starts a program to help alleviate pain as well providing at home exercises to work on between appointments.
