I’ll admit I had a rough go with Bell online recently. Went into my local store and cannot say enough wonderful things about the 2 young men working there today; Jaeden and Josh.Jaeden sorted out all the confusion (and more!!) and was so incredibly understandable and helpful with my phone upgrade. It’s soooo nice to see such a friendly face in customer service nowadays and I can’t recommend this store enough. Both of them were fantastic and went over and above.Will only be dealing with Bell this way if possible!! Thank you again!!

Recently visited the Stratford (Festival Marketplace) store with a complicated issue. Joshua was able to proceed with his solution after reaching out to management, customer relations and the Bell support team. He deserves to be commended for his poise, knowledge, patience and persistence. He was considerate to my mother who is advanced in years. We were both impressed by his customer service. Amazing experience at the Bell Store in Stratford. This is a corporate owned store which will treat you fairly. Garrett got me in and out as quick as possible, very knowledgeable and welcoming.
