Excellent customer service at this location. Their sales staff is very helpful and friendly.It's hard to have them apply a discount code from a third party though, but to avoid problems, I order online.

Sale prices are not automatically applied - you have to watch like a hawk! My gf and I bought some items here marked on sale, with red sale stickers and prices, plus one regular priced item, but we were charged for the regular prices on all of them. We didn’t notice tile we got home, so now we have to go back! It would be nice if some care and attention had been paid in advance to save us this extra trip and inconvenience.

The manager at the Robson street location is extremely rude and unapproachable. Her attitude towards customers is very inappropriate. I kindly asked for a size exchange and experienced a very rude service from her.

Im always having great experience with great customer service here unlike their pasific location... In my last visit Harnupet and asian lady with glasses gave me amazing customer service with their recommendations. They were very helpful and patient with me. Thank you!

The company is a fraud. They claim price matching policy on their website, but when I emailed them to request refund, they said no such policy. Such bad experience!

I purchased two pairs of pyjamas for my mother’s Christmas present at the robson location great customer service . I am not the best son as I chose a size that was three sizes too big. I wanted to make sure that my mother got to enjoy her present before she had to leave town. So as I was taking her to the skytrain, I popped into the Pacific centre location to see if I could exchange the sizes. I had no expectations because it was boxing day but I figured I’d give it a shot. The really nice lady at the front of the store said it would be fine she helped me pick the new sizes for the colours that I already had so I assumed that it was them letting me exchange them in there today. Keep in mind there was only about four shoppers in the entire store so I wasn’t trying to take away their time to sell. Once I got to the counter I was not even spoken to as she started ringing up the items I said oh I was just doing an exchange. She quickly took the items put them behind her and said unfortunately, we’re not doing exchanges today if you want I can sell you these items and you can return the others on the 31st. I was fine with that. She then noticed that half the tags were missing from the garment. That was my fault as I had gotten my partner to pack up the Christmas presents and told him to remove the bottom half of the tag where the price was. He ripped the tag completely in half. She then began to explain to me that even if I did come in on that day that she wouldn’t be able to do anything for me because I had ripped off half the tags. I wasn’t upset I wasn’t frustrated at anyone but myself. So I called the Robson location just to see if there was anything that they can do because that is where I bought the items. They told me that it was fine if I didn’t have the tags attached as long as the garments were in original condition and with receipts. I’ll also mention that I purchased a two for one set both pre-folded into a gift wrap sort of thing they were not taken out of those gift wrap, sort of things and still fold it with receipt so I took them back to that store. They were super helpful they even allowed me to do it on Boxing Day. So I decided to purchase a few other items for myself. Because of their generosity. I would just like to say that the girls at the Robson location we’re all really helpful, friendly and kind and even recognize me from when I purchase the items a few days before. This is the type of customer service. In a clothing-based industry that I do not expect but I do appreciate. Thank you to everyone that was working today because in one way or another, you all helped each other out making sure that I was happy. Thank you. This is a thank you to the Robson location. And a brief summary of my experience at the Pacific centre location

I will no longer be shopping here and would recommend others avoid it as well. I bought two bathing suits here for just under $200. I purchased them May 30 and wore each a handful of times. These bathing suits were probably worn for a total of 10 hours and always hand washed and hung to dry. Recently the clasp on one of the bras literally disintegrated. I tried to return the defective suit in store but was told it was above their pay grade". I then contacted the company and provided all the details they requested and received a curt reply that they would not refund nor could I return the item. I wasn't asking for my money back...merely an exchange. Considering the clasp was defective this was not an unreasonable request. Obviously La Vie en Rose stocks a sub standard product
