Spectrum Oral Surgery

5 out 5 experience all around. Had very complicated teeth extracted with IV sedation and Dr. Wong and his team are super nice, calm and professional. Best experience for complicated work so far, thank you!

The Dental staff doing the procedure were great, however I found the front ladies were very unprofessional. I was booked for a consultation, however I was never informed that is was just a consultation. Even after speaking with Someone on the phone a week prior when I was not corrected about it only being a consultation and not the actually procedure. I had not eaten or drank and took days off work as well as having someone take off work to drive me there. When booking the actually appointment they moved me around multiple times due to other patients and were very unprofessional. The dentist was fine and the assistants were all okay.. overall not the best experience.

Dr. Duviner provided excellent care when he performed an extraction (Georgetown office) then a dental implant (Mississauga office) for me. He was thorough, informative, responsive and compassionate. Thank you to Dr. Duviner and to the nurses and office staff at the Georgetown and Mississauga locations for the kind, professional care.

Not much to say , unfortunately not the best. First off the older ladies at the desk are rude. I was told come in for a consult after I told them I have pain in the jaw, no referral required. Day before another lady calls saying I do need a referral, ok, but, don't tell someone referral from dentist is optional. Dr Ho refuses to take x-rays and relies heavily on old x-rays from your dentist. Best of all, there was a power outage and he checked me in the dark with mirror only. No xrays. No real solution . Apart from driving between Georgetown and Mississauga wasting time, gas. I know the power outage is beyond their control but 200 dollars for a 10 min consult in the dark is absurd. At least a 100 dollars off would be nice since there was no real diagnosis.Find another oral surgeon...

Had a great experience at Spectrum. I only had one wisdom tooth removed under general but had quick and entirely pain-free recovery -- I took only one of the prescribed Tylenol 2 (?) pills and that was it. Individual results will vary, I'm sure, but I would recommend Dr. Wong and his staff -- all were friendly and professional.

Very professional. They really put you at ease. I would not think twice about returning if dental surgery is needed. Very happy after leaving.

Horrible experience yet again with this place. They are unprofessional, disorganized and don’t care about your time at all. Go somewhere else. Told Dr everything at post op meeting, then on day of surgery told couldn’t do it because they didn’t have right staff available. My son took 4 days off work, I took days off all for nothing and all due to their incompetence. AVOID

Dr. Wong has a great personality and seems like a good guy. But as far as being a doctor, my very first appointment I waited in for nearly 45 minutes and when I finally got seen I was told to just “eat softer foods”, the appointment lasted for a whole 5 minutes. Eventually I was given an MRI for my jaw and was not called back. I eventually made another appointment months and months later when my jaw pain was getting even worse. We went over the results briefly and I was told I most likely need surgery, Dr. Wong then said he was going to contact an different surgeon that can do the procedure and they would get back to me in a week. It has been close to 20 weeks now and no one has contacted me. I’ve given up with Spectrum Oral Surgery and I’m tired of feeling like my health and business is not a priority in any way.
