Excellent experience with Atkinson & Associates. My appraiser was very professional and willing to accommodate my busy schedule, would highly recommend using them!

Not happy at all with the service!!! Richard Moore did the appraisal. I paid for the appraisal and didn't even get a copy of the appraisal. His assessment came $45,000 under the city assessment, which we got 5 days from the city. And our backyard was way bigger than our neighbour; which we paid a premium of $20,000 extra to the builder. I mentioned about the bigger backyard & the extra premium for it. But he said some people don't like having a big backyard and cutting their grass. He should have at least taken the land value for consideration.

I have had the opportunity to work with Clayton on many occasions. He is knowledgeable and responsive. I am appreciative of our working relationship.

Quite disappointing. The appraiser asked for the purchase contract and then came in far less than the agreed price. Why would he request a copy of the purchase contract, shouldn't an appraisal be done outside of information such as he requested?

Do not waste your time with these clowns unless you want a low assessment of your property.They don't do their research very well, the word lazy come to mind. The comparables" they use are not applicable or suitable to the property being assessed.Basically it's a quick money grab

We had a great experience from start to finish with Courtney and his team. We interviewed a few others before deciding on Courtney, and I'm so glad we did. He worked hard to sell our property with lots of promotion and open houses and really listened to our feedback. The level of communication cannot be matched, he and his team were always prompt, polite and professional. Courtney is also a master negotiator and got us top dollar for our property in a short amount of time. I would work with Courtney again in a heartbeat.

I would Never use this company. Richard Moore does not provide an accurate appraisal and can’t accurately calculate the square footage of a home. I even have the prints from our home builder and yet he feels his calculation of our square footage is correct. How is this even possible? Dealing with him is a joke. There is no customer service provided. He does not reply to emails, or phone calls. And if he finally answers the phone he is rude and condescending. You are throwing your money away if you get an appraisal from this company.

If there would have been a 0 review I would have definitely selected the same or may be -5.I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed from their services.The appraisal agent (Brian ) who not only made incorrect appraisal but also didn't have the professionalism and courtesy enough to respond back to my valid emails with regards to the comparison between my property and others in the vicinity which was totally wrong as it wasn't an Apples to apples comparison.My property was having higher sq.footage as well as better specs and more parking stalls and other amenities where as the ones that were on the conparison sheet were far lower than my property specs.Hence the assessment that Brian made was almost 40 thousand less than the current market value of my unit.I spent so many dollars for appraisal and even then the agent didn't forwarded me the appraisal report instead asked me to contact alpine for the same which is very very unprofessional as I am paying for the appraisal.I will never ever contact atkinson and associates and would definitely say anyone to not go to them unless someone wants to be ripped off with invalid and false property appraisals.I will definitely share my appraisal details here and leave the judgement to the readers.
