I had an enjoyable ride from the airport with driver. For $175 each way it wasn’t the greatest car and it definitely wasn’t a limousine or a nice black car. It was a pretty beat up SUV. As a single, female traveler though, I felt safe with the driver, so I went and rebooked them again, hoping that I would get the same driver. My flight was at 6:50 in the morning and I set my pick up for 430 since they say they’re open 24 hours and they never showed. They also did not answer the phone so obviously they’re not open 24 hours and charged me $175 again I have yet to see it come off my credit card. Also, no apology. All he did was say he was crediting back my card nothing else. I think I would find other means of transportation that are reliable and a better vehicle.
