Bin There Dump That- Whitby

I had ordered a couple of 20 yard bins from them and couldn't be happier with the experience. They were kind and professional in every way. They do the little things like place wood down on the driveway before they drop the bin to prevent any damage. Good company

Used them a couple of times now. Always on time, great service and reasonable price!

I have used this service many times over the years with no problem. However, the most recent time was not so great as the driver taking the bin away hooked a pretty large tree limb and ripped it off the tree. The driver didn't inform me about the incident. The manager did come out to see the damage on the tree and they will be taking the limb away.As a follow-up, they came today, cut up the limb and cut the damaged part from the tree and have taken it all away as they said they would. Thank you.

As a realtor based in Durham Region I am constantly in need of a company to deal with renovations and removal of items for my clients. Bin there is a 5 star service. From the professional way they booked the bin, to the ongoing follow-up and delivery... every part of this service was amazing.

Have had good experiences with BTDT in the past. This time was different. Definitely not the best experience this time around for the following reasons:1. Called in advance to set up a Friday drop. Did not arrive until Saturday. (full context they advised on that the dumpsters were backed up.)2. At the end on the 6th day (following Friday) I called to arrange Sat pick up. Had to call back right after as I needed to change my payment method…new info taken…reconfirmed Sat pick up.3. Saturday…no pick up. (Full context, we heard after they left a message (does anyone use voicemail anymore?) on a payment issue however we had already updated with new payment info by that time to avoid that.4. Sunday closed.5. Called to follow up on Monday and they recapped the context I shared above about payment but said they did not receive the new payment info (which was definitely given.)At the end thank goodness they didn’t charge for the extra day (that boosted this rating) but the fact that there was some unneeded friction at the end there was disheartening for a minute.Overall as I said, not a smooth run compared to my past experiences with em but it’s likely I’ll try out another biz next time and just say that I’ve “been there done that” with BTDT for now.

One of the easiest things I've ever had to deal with. I was worried that getting a bin would be a huge hassle but I'm glad I called Bin There, Dump That. It was super straight-forward, cheaper than I thought and they even take the time to protect your driveway! Top marks all around!

We will not use this company in future. We asked if the time window was concrete for pick-up as we had a large shipping container being delivered the same day. We explained this and they assured us it would be okay. They did not arrive to pick-up in the time window they said it would absolutely be picked up and the person delivering our shipping container had to wait 2.5 hours. Bin there Dump that was not helpful at all when we called - they kept pushing the time and didn't call us once with an update. We were going to rent a permanent bin for our business too but there is no way we'll use them now, not because they were late but because they couldn't have cared less. That tells us everything about their company.

I’ve used BTDT a couple times and have recommended them other people I know. They’re always a pleasure to work with. Friendly, professional service and they take the time to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need. They take care with drop offs and pick ups, very respectful of customers’ property. The renovation might be a headache but the clean up doesn’t have to be!

Exactly what I needed. Good from start to finish. They tell you everything you need to know on initial phone call. Bin delivered quickly. Pick back up when I was done. Email shortly after the bin was dumped. I have used this company before and I will use it again.
