Brang in documents to be shredded charged 5 dollars no receipt given. Concerned about identity theft checked there website turns out there is supposed to be a receipt and confirmation of shredding of documents. Called to address my concerns was told next time there will be a receipt but confirmation of shredding documents cost 50 dollars which is not mentioned on thier website.Very sketchy.

There is no information on their website about their services being restricted to commercial only and not residential. So I called to inquire, and got a rude response that I have got the wrong number because they don’t have residential services!I understand, they can decide whom to have business with (commercial/residential),but mention it on your website first and then yell at people if they called you!
