I recently had an arrangement from Infinity Flowers Barrhaven sent to my cousin. She was really pleased and said that the arrangement was equally beautiful no matter at which angle you were looking. She went on to tell me that she mentioned Infinity Flowers at her book club and one of the members said that Infinity Flowers did the flowers at her daughter's wedding and they were exquisite. We were contacted by the flower company we were using literally last minute at 530 pm on the night before the funeral service to tell us they couldn't fill our order which we already paid for, for my Wives Mothers service the next morning. I called Stephanie at Infinity Flowers which was closed and left a message explaining our emergency. She called me back in about an hour. After explaining she said not to worry she would make this happen for us and that we could pick it up the next morning at 9 am. with in 2 hours of our call she sent me a pick of the most beautiful flower arrangement she had done for my wife. Thank you so much, you make my wife dealing with her loss so much easier by helping us the way you did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING INFINITY FLOWERS !!! I will be for all my flower needs in the future :)

This business is absolutely amazing! I have been sending flowers to my grandmother from them for years and she is always floored with how beautiful the arrangements are when they arrive. I’ve ordered from the website selection as well as custom bouquets over the phone and the service is always excellent. Delivery same day at any time of year I order is above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service! I had called to get an arrangement sent to my mom after my original order (from a different florist) had never arrived. The woman I spoke with over the phone was very kind, helped me pick the flowers I'd like in the arrangement and told me she would start the arrangement and try to have it delivered today and/or early tomorrow morning. I called and placed the order around 1pm, and at 3pm my Mom had received it! It was very pretty and well worth it! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I truly appreciate you helping me with what had been a disastrous first attempt, and for helping making my mom's day!

I want to thank you for sending the most incredible flowers today to my sister in Ottawa.I called this morning from out of town.I loved looking at all of the options online last evening so I knew what I wanted to order.The arrangement looks almost the same as the sample...only even more beautiful!The roses are spectacular!Staff are very professional and very friendly!They really brightened my sister's day as she deals with health challenges. I can't rave enough about how beautiful Stephanie's work is. I contacted her 6 days before a last minute event for a 50th wedding anniversary vow renewal and she produced the most beautiful flower arrangement, bouquet, boutonnieres, corsage. My mother-in-law said her bouquet was more beautiful than the day of her wedding. Thank you so so much Stephanie! We are customers for life!
