Please get the headsets fixed because it’s either headsets or employees who cannot hear. I asked clearly for Bacon Farmer’s wrap and get a sausage wrap after waiting in drive thru for 15mins.Great job!

Worst experience, there is a girl i guess she is a new employee and her manager or supervisor i dont know, was training her she was shouting at her even told her to memorize the items like its a school she was rude.Its not a environment where people can learn and grow. She should be friendly with the staff. Very toxic environment to work.

I want to say the order taker and the lady who hand out the foods in the drive thru is totally, absolutely soooooooo rude and soooooo impolite . On Wednesday morning I have big order foods and drinks, the lady who take orders seems very impatient ,she didn't listen properly then she said I sent out your orders already ,it means I can't add anymore. In the window , I asked the presenter is all the foods inside, I only have 9 drink, why she gave me 11, she didn't listen to me, she just keep keep keep shouting at the lady who is making the coffee. I didn't see any wrong with her, she just stirring every coffee and double check the lids close properly, it only takes a few more seconds extra, but it is safe to the customers, why she yelled at her. The ridiculous thing is the manager here, why she didn't stop this happened, it is a bullying issue. They cannot accept the new employee to their group, don't hiring any people. This is exactly unacceptable work place.

I’ve always come here for coffee, tea, and donuts and rarely have any problems with my order. Lately for the past few days, the services were so bad. Especially today during drive thru. They took my order wrong, gave me a cup that looked USED, and gave me attitudes when I was paying. There’s teeth marks on the top part of the cup?!? The lid doesn’t close properly which results to spilling everywhere and the coffee spilled all over my car seat. Even worse, the coffee was cold… HOW CAN YOU GIVE THIS TO COSTUMERS???!?If there’s a way I can give negative stars, I would! I’ve come to this location for many years and never did this ever happened to me. I would rather go get coffee somewhere else than here. Not only the services was bad but the attitudes of the employees was even worse. If u want good coffees and good service, don’t ever come to this location.

A very clean location with hand sanitizer in the front when you get into the store. they have enough sign to show you where to go. they also put chairs outside the store so you can sit and have a coffee. There's a good size of parking lot so it is easy to find a parking spot. the staffs are polite there. I recommend this Tim Hortons

Worst service in the world, the team in the drive thru need to be retrain or replace. Today's the first day of the week, my orders is wrong, I missing the hash brown and i want chocolate glaze not chocolate dip.The terrible thing is my coffee, they didn't close the lid tight, the coffee spill out all around my car. Terrible management in this location.

The drive thru line was ridiculously long. So my daughter went in to order. 1 customer in front, 25 mins. later. Horrible service for walk in. Zero stars. Thank you

So happy they didn’t burn the bagel, happens all the time with tims for some reason, I don’t understand why. Also this location is known for giving you yellow tomatoes so just be careful when you get wraps etc. Cute donuts today though!
