Physiotherapist Allison Park worked professionally and compassionately with my elderly mother who required acupuncture and physiotherapy treatments for chronic back pain. She took the time to answer all our questions in as much detail as needed and helped us communicate effectively with my mother's caregivers about ongoing treatment. Since working with Allison, my mother's acute pain episodes have decreased. All personnel at the Markham office were pleasant and helpful and I would definitely recommend their services.

Giacomo is a great physiotherapist! I came in with a shoulder injury and overall rotator and strength issues that has plagued me for as long as I can remember. He narrowed down the issue and recommended key exercises right away. After a few more sessions, I've now left with shoulders better than before the injury.The receptionist was also always very kind and welcoming.I highly recommend Cornerstone.

Giacomo was my second attempt at seeing a Physio for concussion symptoms (Vertigo). He was so much more experienced than the first physio I saw. He asked all the correct questions and set out a plan to help me get better. He adjusted treatments tailored to my symptoms after each visit. I saw gradual improvements as time went on. Up until I met Giacomo I thought I was never going to get better. If you listen to him and put in the work you will see results. I am better now thanx to him.

Amazing customer service and welcoming staff! My sessions with physiotherapist Lauren Philippi were extremely helpful in healing my achilles tendinitis. I am now pain-free and back to the physical activities I enjoyed participated in before my injury. Thank you Lauren and Cornerstone Physiotherapy!

I recently saw Sharon Physiotherapist for my foot fracture. It started with an initial comprehensive exam and ended after some months when I was comfortable with my foot progress and was pain-free. I only have good things to say about her, she is very professional and kind. I really like it when she records the exercises on my phone and tells me to practice them at home because it really helps to remember which ones to practice. I would highly recommend this clinic and especially Sharon for their excellent services.

Amazing experience! First time doing physiotherapy and the sessions I had with Lauren Philippi were wonderful. She went into great detail on how to strengthen my body and showed amazing exercises to practice. I continue to do them to this day and definitely feel improvement in my overall body performance. Would highly recommend!

amazing customer service and very understanding staff! receptionist were always polite and never had an issue with rescheduling or moving my appointment. My appointments with Lauren really helped my lower back pain and she gave me great advice, she was friendly and truly wanted to help me improve my back strength and get me back in my normal routine as soon as possible. Highly recommend her.

Pelvic Floor PT is a very personal and intimate therapy. Allison has a way of making you feel comfortable. She looks at the problem holistically and gives you many tools and resources to help with your problems. Very professional and caring.

Giacomo Silvestri fixed my neck. If at the computer I lean my head forward the tiniest bit I have terrible neck pain so of course I make a big effort to not do that but it wasn't enough. About 3-4 other places over the years were close but their treatment didn't work. They told me do chin tucks since my head tilts too far forwards. Another place had me pushing my head back using resistance like holding my head with my hands. This did not help. It was not the right approach. My body suffers from contractions.He had me push my chin back with my hands and then roll my head back. This felt good and worked! It has made a huge difference in my quality of life. Thanks Giacomo. If I get vertigo again I will see you as I read you are good at fixing that. I may see you for my forearm contractions.
