One of the better choices for groceries in Guelph but the quality of products has gone down. They used to be as good as Food land for quality of produce. Weekly deals but sometimes shipments aren't on time for the demand.

Too bad they don’t have a zero. Worst store ever. Long weekend and there are 2 lanes open, but one is customer service so the poor cashier is left with TWO lineups. Obviously management doesn’t care about customers.

This was the first time that I've shopped at this Food Basics. I've shopped at many different locations and I have to say...this is my favorite. From the minute I stepped through the door it was inviting. Great selection of most everything...the produce looks great...the store is clean. The cashier that rang me through was friendly and smiling despite the fact I had a buggy full to the brim. She even asked me for some of my bags and helped me bag my groceries...I was amazed and thankful. Their customer service is top notch and I will definitely be shopping there again.

Great competitive prices. Store is clean and organized. Only draw back they've taken away cashiers and put more scanning machines in. I'm sure that's a reduction in staff which is too bad.

This is a great store. I like the layout inside. Just a great little store to get in and out quickly. Once you know the store and where the items you need are kept. All the stores are now being laid out the same way so that's even better.
