I was very happy and impressed with the level of service that was provided. They showed up on time, did a very thorough job. Very professional and respectful. I will be calling them in the future with any jobs and I highly recommend them as it is rare today to get such great service.

They did an amazing job when it was never done at my house and I would recommend them and I will go with them next time.

Six days after duct cleaning, I had to have a service call from Enercare because my furnace failed to work after my Complete Care Package 6 days ago. It turns out the workers failed to plug the furnace in again or test it after the job was completed. Also, my clothes dryer was reset to air fluff wasting time and energy when next I used it. I was disappointed with their failure to clean up, now I have two other complaints to report! Had Complete Care package for duct cleaning earlier today. Technicians were friendly and efficient. I paid the bill and tipped 15% before going into basement.They left a lot of debris on floor, around furnace. Back of box spring (located near furnace) was covered in debris, as well. With their access to vacuum equipment, I feel they should have cleaned up after themselves.

Great business and would definitely call them again! Our dryer vent was clogged with so much lint and other stuff and I called multiple companies to try to get them in and all said their earliest appointment was 3 weeks out. The process of booking our service through Pro Duct was so easy and simple. Literally booked online at 4 pm the day before and they showed up at 8 am the following day. Their service was top notch and very happy with the results. Definitely 5 stars!

I had booked an appointment with a technician 2 weeks ahead. I called to verify one week before the appointment. The day of the appointment I waited and waiter but noone came. I called twice and nobody answered the phone. I emailed them but to no avail.. I called again a couple of time the next week and still no answer and no call-back. Very unprofessional; I will never try to use their services again.

I dropped my grandmother’s engagement ring down a vent and this wonderful company got it out for me. I felt strange with my request but they were understanding and promised they would do whatever they could to get it out. Another company I had called said they could only do a whole system clean for min 600$ (plus additional cost per vent). These guys warned me that doing a clean could push the ring somewhere in else in the system and lose it being lost forever. They offered a better solution and a much better price, they even offered a discount because they felt bad for me. They were very friendly and had good communication.

This morning we had our air ducts and dryer vent clean. The young men who did the work (Lucas and Joseph) are professional, clean and dedicated to the customer. Both men explained the process and were very thorough.They represent the company well and are a positive influence for PRO DUCT Solutions.The company is locally owned and pricing is affordable.I highly recommend them.

Paid for before and after pictures but they forgot and already started cleaning without taking any before pictures.Should have received a free furnace filter in my package but they didn't have any on hand. They said they would come drop it off over the weekend but never came back.Top package should have included a cleaning of the dryer machine unit, but none was done.

The booking process was easy and efficient using the company website. It was helpful to have the cost available without having to request a quote. The prices/packages could not be beat based on any advertised costs I found while looking for a company to perform this work.The team scheduled to come was a bit late to arrive but let me know in advance via a text message and followed up with a new ETA over the phone. I appreciate the communication efforts and sincerely wish more companies were like this!They did a great job navigating our family and pets as we were in the house and they went to work. They were not able to complete part of the service that was included in the package but were upfront and advised me that they could not do it (our dryer vent is only accessible from the roof and neither had training to be working at heights - safety first!). As a result of this, they immediately told me that they would be altering the cost for the service performed.I am 10 out of 10 pleased with this Lucas and his colleague (I unfortunately did not catch his name). They were both polite and diligent. Thank you both!!
