Call It Spring

Worst possible store. While buying they say that return is possible within 60 days but when you go to return, you are treating badly. First they ask me to wait for all the customers those are buying the products even if they are behind me in the queue. After that they simply reject the return citing that it has been used outside even though these are not worn. Worst possible store. Never going in again.

I bought a Sandals from there couples of weeks ago and I just wore it afew times and now it starts to fall apart. I believe it is a low quality compared to 70$ price. And when I called them they said we have nothing to do.

Just one word, PATHETIC!!!The attitude of the staff is even worse than the quality of their footwear. Returning an unworn item is a nightmare....they are not accepting a return stating that it's worn outside even if it's not. And there is no way for me to prove that. The staff is so rude, they make you wait until the whole store is empty simply to say that they won't take it back. And don't get me started on the quality of the footwear....they got damaged as soon as I took a few steps!! I didnt even get a chance to wear them outside. And seems like they don't even care. Now I see so many reviews pointing towards the same issue and I don't think any action has been taken to resolve these problems. The least they can do is to accept the returns!! There is no doubt that I am never going back and I am surely not letting any of my friends wasting their time and money on this brand. First time and never returning customer!!!!

I’m not usually a fan of this store because if the style and brand, usually a bit picky, mostly just a short store but has some decent picks for woman’s things, bought some Chelsea’s boots from here thinking they were going to fall apart… but they have held up nicely in winter , I can’t really be mad at that now can I?

The sales person there are very rude and are not qualified salespersons. I was there to pickup the order 8th February morning, the salesperson handed me broken box, i simply asked for a new box, but she refused very rude. And also they are severely under staffed. As a customer it was very hurtful for me.

Had a pleasant experience in store! The associate took the the time to help me pick out a pair of heels for an event, I was specific that I wanted something comfortable and low heel. She really catered towards what I was looking for. Will return to the store in the future. Thank you!

I visited the store Tuesday, November 15th during the evening. The individuals on staff were amazing! Both ladies greeted me on the way in, and they both helped me at some point. They were extremely patient with me, as I was in the store for over an hour trying on various shoes, styles, and sizes. They both had extensive knowledge of their products, and were able to recommend how to break them in, or what to add for extra comfort. The products that I liked were in stock. I purchased a new pair of black heels and casual white shoes, alongside heel pads and shoes wipes— all of this came to $120. I will definitely be back to this store in the future!

I wish i could give a zero to the customer service skills of the employees that work at this store. They never try to help; they just stand and chat with each other and absolutely ignore the customers. They make you feel uncomfortable by giving eye rolls when you need sizes of an item.Maybe have your employees wear name tags if you really care about fixing bad reviews and customer service.

Great customer service from Sami. She was very friendly, patient and helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for. Above all, she was smiling.

Stopped by here today to get some new shoes for work and the girl working was a rockstar! There was quite a few customers in the store and she was helping them all super efficiently and still being really pleasant. Great experience :)
