Excellent service !

See my review under David Gosselin. Briefly, I highly recommend this dealership. You are not a number. You are person first. The staff friendly and accommodating (yes, they will find you someone who speaks English). American-style customer service in Quebec! Unbelievable. Pricey? Yes. They are not miracle workers and people do need to earn money. But, you don't sense they are ripping you off unlike some dealerships.

This concerns used cars sales (salesman Mr.Pinet )Good luck after purchase if something happens to you .Toyota Magog will throw you under the bus .Your paying at a higher rate for no security of insurance.Lesson learned .

I don't understand why I was treated the way I was.We were traveling through Magog when a light came on my dash. I stopped by the Toyota and a gentleman named Tristan offered to look at it for us. After bringing it in, he informed me that it would cost $50 to get a nail out of my tire.My tires are covered through Costco and I mentioned we could go to Costco when he responded with It will be closed by the time you get there". We trusted his advice since we are not from the area.While we were in the waiting area we saw Costco was 15 minutes down the road. Tristan then comes to us in the waiting room stating that there were 2 nails in the tire and it would now cost $75 to fix. I asked to let us take the car to Costco instead since we hadn't agreed to that cost. Tristan said "Actually

Great experience at this dealership- very clean, well managed and organized. Sales rep PIERRE PINET was awesome! He was friendly, helpful and professional. Just bought a camry se upgrade. He did a great job answering our questions, provided sound suggestions/advice and treated us with respect. Looking forward to working with Pierre , and Magog Toyota, again in the future!

Truly a five star dealership. Jenny or Tristan at the service desk will help you gladly (French only), but they are professional and friendly. George sells used cars, but will sell you a new one too. He is a dying breed: someone who believes customer service means speaking the language of the customer's choice. Great salesperson and person.My experience was superb. Cannot say enough, there was laughter in the corridors and laughter in the shop. I will never return to Toyota Sherbrooke.

Toyota Magog is really a fantastic dealership. The salespersons are polite and they do not push to make the sale. I found them genuine and straitforward regarding the vehicle choices they have. I always bought with confidence. As for the service department, they really do the extra mile to make your experience painless. In the past, I dealt with Chevrolet and Volkswagen dealership and I never got the stellar level of service provided by Toyota Magog.
