The worst company to try to get into contact with! I set up an account online for a new service at our new house and two days later called to cancel because I found out the service was already set up and billed through my Strata. The person I spoke to on the phone said that I didn't have an active account so no need to cancel anything. Two months later and I'm being sent invoices and accruing charges!! Trying to cancel or speak to someone is an absolute nightmare. Put on hold, line drops out, no answer, no local phone number, no email contact, no online chat option to cancel a service... Very very frustrated and this whole thing is stressing me out.

This company is the most ridiculous. Trying to cancel, phone numbers listed are all linked to East Coast. They then transfer me to the BC call centers but after 20 minutes on hold the line cuts out. I call back, they try to transfer, sit on hold, line cuts out. No one at the phone number provided (even after searching with my BC Postal Code) is able to cancel my service. Can't cancel using online dashboard. Cant cancel using website chat (its a virtual" assistant

Driver that picks up at Hilchey townhouse refused to come into our complex after a very small amount of snow the day before that was cleared. Road was wet and clear. Same thing a week later. Snow was melted by 9 am and road cleared. We were told that it was at the driver's discretion. Sounds like the driver isuuseles. Many promises and no results after 4 weeks. Would not recommend. Useless. No pick up again today

Vewry very poor service. I missed a bill through my own disorganization. A charge of perhaps $100. No call, no email, just a cuttoff of service. This cuttoff wasn't mentioned in any policy they have shared with me. I paid the outstanding charge promptly when I became aware and as per their normal billing and they will not gaurantee when my service will come back, they will not credit me for the week they didn't provide service, and are charging a reconnection fee. They point to a line on the back page of the bill (with no other relevent information) that is so small you have to really work at making it out, saying there could be a reconnection fee.Not quite sure how the heck they feel that they have the right to cut off service AND charge for not providing serive. Long time on hold, semi-useless customer service rep. No notice about cuttoff, and we have had issues with the truck coming at unpredictable times regularly.We have a lot of bears around and WM can't even tell me if they'll pick up my garbage if I put it out!!!Poor customer service to the extreme. Sneaky and sly on their policies - not up front at all.

Horrible customer service. I canceled my service weeks ago and I'm still be charged. I tried calling and the operator just hangs up on you once you've already wasted minutes of your life going through all the prompts. Absolutely unbelievable.

I use WM as my regular garbage removal service. They have always been on time and on schedule. During the last snowstorm, WM was unable to remove garbage, but I was informed via e-mail and kept updated about the situation.The drivers have been professional in their handling of my garbage bin and have never left a large mess behind.Overall, I am super happy with the seamless and trouble free system. I just drag my garbage bin out every other Thursday, and I come back to it with the lid flipped up to let me know it's empty. Billing is all done online and I barely need to think about it. Plus they're cheaper than the alternative service.

Difficult to contact and deal with to remedy problems. Service dates changed without consent or notification. When weather prevents them from providing service I need to pay extra to have them reschedule.

Miss our locally owned and run company! Horrible customer service with WM and very high fees. Really difficult to reduce changes to service- unable to online. No bill reduction when they miss pick ups. Follow phone prompters then it cuts you off for 'inactivity' when you are told to wait...hours of frustration to get through. On weekly service and tried to reduce to biweekly due to cost- they have me wait and then tell me i'm already on biweekly! Cancelled service , fed up with this company...

As a commercial user, there is zero customer service unless you want to increase the amount you get picked up. Watch what you are signing up for, they can up prices with little notice and you are stuck in a contract with them unless you are willing to pay huge cancellation fees or send registered mail at least 90 days before the contract auto renews for you. Find a local service who will give you the time of day.

They often don't show up without notice.
