Good Food Box

Communication needs to improve with this program. The pick up dates changes but it wasn't mentioned to us. They also said they deliver to people on governmental assistance yet I also have to go get it which is very hard for me.Overall, I would reccomend as the food is always reasonable for the price and the people are nice. It also helps the community so that's a great plus.

Over a year ago I opened a good food account and used the service. I thought the food was good but decided against using the service. I canceled the account. Im not sure of the date but it was well over a year ago. I have not received any orders since. Last week I had a sick employee so I wanted to send her a food gift certificate. I logged in and scrolled around looking for someway to order. I couldn't. This morning I received a food box that I didn't want or order. I actually phoned a friend to thank her, thinking she had ordered me a treat. When she said no I saw my CC had been charged $82.44. I contacted Good Food who said that I reactivated my account and that they had sent a confirmation e mail (it went to junk). This is bad business. I will never say a good word about good food
