Meloche Windows

We had a crew from Meloche come to install 2 exterior doors for us yesterday. Not only were the doors exactly what we ordered and look amazing inside and out, but their crew were friendly, professional, and capable of dealing with some unexpected and unorthodox issues that were uncovered when the old doors were removed. Dean, the salesman, spent a lot of time with us customizing the exact design of doors we wanted. We’d highly recommend Meloche, especially if you want something unique - they were the only local company I found that would manufacture our door with a customized paint colour.

After being allowed to re-open due to a delay from Co-vid, our three replacement windows are now in and we love everything about them. Working with Meloche Windows has been a pleasure, starting with our salesperson Paul who visited our home to quote several windows and give us options. He then met us at the showroom, where we were introduced to Mike who is involved with making the windows. Mike helped explain the technology and process, showing us why Meloche Windows stand out above others. There were a few issues to work around - high windows above a structured awning, grills and trim that are no longer available, plus custom blinds.Rick and his crew did a great job. Their workmanship was excellent, right to the smallest detail. The new trim package is beautiful plus they found a way to match the existing grills of our other windows. Everyone on the crew was respectful of us and our home. Booties and masks were worn when needed and they did a good job with clean up, even thoroughly vacuuming fifteen stairs.The president of the company, Elise, stepped in with some of the details, ensuring we were completely satisfied with our windows and the finished product. Any comments we made were well received, it was obvious she is proud of her company and wants it to be the best it can be. Her professionalism and personality shone through and because of this we made the decision to replace an additional five windows. Can’t wait to get them in!I would have no problem in recommending Meloche windows to family and friends. Five Stars

Thank you Meloche!The whole process was professional and extremely easy.From the initial measurement / info appointment right down to the final installation of the new door.Super happy with my door and I will be contacting you in 2023 to have my back door done as well (in a different style).Would recommend to anyone looking for a new door, make sure you give Meloche a call first!Meloche turned my dark hallway (your standard front door w/o a window) into a beam of light which I keep mistaking for the door being open (it's not, I just have to get used to light pouring down the hallway).They also installed my custom handle and Google Lock as well supplying a shiny new doorbell!

Posting on behalf of my mother Johanna Kerekes:I recently had my front door and 1 sidelight replaced by Meloche Windows. Had an excellent experience with this Company and would use them again. Great service and the installation Technicians were courteous and thorough.

Purchased windows for house based on website stating they met the energy star requirements. They didn't and failed to update their website to reflect this change from over 2 years ago. I was not impressed. I would have purchased elsewhere. Office staff I spoke with was not very nice. Will no longer deal with them nor refer them.

Meloche was fantastic to deal with right from the start. Their sales rep showed up within days and had a price the following day. Once a deal was made the process was simple. Installers were very clean and professional. Every day they were done the job site was spotless. The installs were done when they promised. The quality of the doors were way past my expectations. We are very pleased with their price, service and quality. Job well done!

Great company to deal with. I was having a hard time finding someone to manufacture and install my windows within a reasonable timeline due to COVID, but Meloche had the best timeline and reasonable pricing, and they ended up installing them sooner than expected.

There doors replaced by Meloche Windows. A professional team of four arrived and completed the installation in approximately 6 to 7 hours. This crew was pleasant, knowledgeable, through from start to finish. Cleaned up the areas and removed all the old material. Great product and great people.

Absolute horrible customer service!!! I had a service guy come out and look at my leaking sidelights on my entrance door. I asked how they were going to fix it. He told me the window needed to be removed and resealed and put back in. He said was going to put a rush on it as it needed to be done right away. After over 3 weeks of no communication I called and they finally sent someone out.The same service guy showed up with a caulking gun and was going to just silicone $6000 door. It was not the way he told me it needed to be fixed. I would not let him he said that is what his boss told him to do. I have been calling twice a week for over a month and cannot even get a call back.They never have a manager there to speak to and leave all the frustrated customers to the pour receptionist. They have no pride left in their products and do not stand behind them. FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!
