Thierry & AJ are the kindest, coolest, FUNnest humans.. lucky to have them in the community. Their wine wisdom is unparalleled and their collection is quite amazing! We've enjoyed many of their themed dinners/shows and we're so grateful Adega is in the County.

The absolute best place for wine! The gram is extremely knowledgeable and you can try a wide variety of wines every time you go. A must visit in the county.

I had such a fabulous time tasting wine this afternoon! Thierry catered a perfect flight for me, and showcased his vast knowledge of many wine regions. The Cheese and Charcuterie Board was delicious and great value! I’ll be back!

Absolutely loved it. The guys were so friendly and adorable. Gave the best recommendations and the food was divine!!! We ended our wine tour at this place, and our charcuterie boards were fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Wow! What a fantastic experience. We had the pleasure of meeting Thierry and enjoying an evening with the place all to ourselves. We were welcomed as friends and treated so incredibly well. Thierry is an excellent steward of wines and wine culture. His knowledge is world class and he's clearly passionate about his craft. He was incredibly generous with his inventory and encouraged us to try everything before we committed. Not only that he was so open to sharing his resources and connections with fellow wine connoisseurs.The photo is of a combo food board (charcuterie + spanish) and was so delicious. The choices are well curated and incredibly tasty.After we finished Thierry invited us to check out the new space right beside the Grist Mill. This is going to be a landmark destination in the county. Mark my words.Thierry, thank you for an amazing experience. We'll see you soon.

We booked a private dinner here in January 2023 and it was fantastic. The curated menu and wine pairings were delicious. The apps were way too good! Terry and AJ are amazing hosts: authentic, attentive, and full of great stories. Can't recommend enough!
