Farhad was an excellent handyman! He was on time, kind, professional and did an excellent job! He fixed my shower faucet and even had time to install a towel ring. I was able to get help the next day and the price was reasonable.

I would not recommend handyman007. There have been several incidences that have been very unprofessional:1. The first day he showed up, he called for directions to the parking lot (which can be very confusing in a condo) but then ignored my advice to NOT follow a car into the parkade. I then had to go down and spend 15 minutes looking with him for his car since he had decided to ignore my instructions and had followed a car into the wrong parkade.2. We had our walls newly painted the week before they came in. In almost every spot he installed something, there are scuffs and scratches I could not clean off. Our paint job cost us $2300 ...3. He installed a curtain rod in one of the bedrooms - the hook holding the rod started coming out of the wall within a week. He had to come back to repair it (I still had to pay for the time for repairs).4. The curtain rod had 3 brackets but he only put in 2 because he failed to measure the required distance from the ceiling for the middle bracket. We left it off because I didn’t want more holes and our curtains will mostly be kept open.5. I had provided a list of things to install when scheduling an appointment. I was told it would take 5-6 hours. The handyman was only here for 3 hours - he took another job and had to leave before he even finished. I had to schedule another appointment. It would have been fine if the job took longer than anticipated, however, they thought it would take 5-6 hours and still just left in the middle of the job. I rescheduled for a week after.6. Beware of how they charge for time. The handyman tried to tell me he was here from 11.10 until 12.20 - which would charge for 1.5 hours (fairly stated on their website). He then tried to give me a $20 discount as if he was being the good guy. However, I pulled up my call records showing that he had called me at 11.16 to ask for directions, at which point he was obviously not here. He then tried to say the concierge wasted his time - however, there is a sign telling visitors to buzz concierge and they are very lax about letting people into the building. I told him I was not paying for time he wasn’t here. In the end, they only charged me for 1 hour.Pros: they did offer to cover the paint if I had leftover but they weren’t clear about whether I had to pay for that time. At this point I didn’t bother in case the paint job was a disaster. The billing was honest ultimately but likely because I was stubborn. He got the items installed quickly and mostly successfully (he fixed the curtain rod).I would recommend going elsewhere for a handyman job. Hopefully they won’t damage the walls as much or try to make you pay for more.Update April 25: our towel rack that he installed fell off the wall. I took out the screw and turns out he didn’t bother putting anchors into the drywall. The screw just spins in the wall when I attempt to tighten it. As I refuse to pay $60 for them to come in and fix this issue (which is presumably a result of their poor installation of a rather simple item), I will have to figure out how to do it myself or find someone who is willing to. Again, would not recommend.

In contacted them by finding their whereabouts on google, Reema was very pleasant to speak with and very prompt in booking a handyman for installing a faucet in my kitchen. Farhad came at the fixed date and time and started off with installing the faucet. Very nice gentleman. He seemed a bit inexperienced in this type of work but claimed that he has installed a few faucets and there was no reason to believe otherwise. He took forever in fixing the faucet pipes under the sink. Went to Home depot , got the wrong pipe fittings, went again. Took the whole pipe section with him, someone in home depot helped the poor man to get the right angle fits , otherwise he had kinds given up on the work. Finally after 4.5 hours, he installed the faucet. Phew. Will not be utilizing their services again. 3 points for the nice employees.

Honestly the entire team is great. I really appreciated how the manager Onil called to really understand my work request and helped clarify what supplies I needed for the job. He saved me time and unnecessary purchases. Reema, the office manager was also amazing, very prompt and professional. All of my emails got answered and she made sure all my question were addressed. This was all before I even booked the appointment. Their business etiquette truly impressed me.My handyman Richard was amazing, he is an asset. Richard is knowledgeable and skilled at his job . I had a vision of what I wanted my stairs to look like and he made that vision come true. He was an excellent communicator and more so the work was done meticulously and with great detail. I am ecstatic with the results. I have already referred their services to some of my friends, who were also impressed with the work that was done.

We've used handman007 multiple times across a condo and house. The pricing is transparent, the handymen explain what they are doing in layman's terms, and they are friendly. They are also very responsive and great with communication so that there are no surprises in the costs. We would recommend this business as they've consistently provided high quality service over the years.

Farhad came to fix our closet doors in the bedroom very well done very polite and he was on time. Also next visit he fixed our faucet, good job and good prices. We will have him again .thank youMarie and Frank.

Type of Job:2 microwave replacements and 1 kitchen exhaust ducting.I cannot endorse or recommend this company especially for ducting/ventilation workSee picture for the work that was don the first time around. (how does that look to you?)I called owner Onil and was told that he'll look into it.The original handyman, called me back wanting to return to make it right.I thought to myself great! that's wonderful service"I was made to pay for the "handyman" to come around a second time to fix this. I had to instruct him on how to use the 90 degree ducting elbow as the original installation was incorrect and rather shoddy. (I do not think i should have needed to explain this to him)My expectation was for proper communication by the handyman that i would have to pay for the company to fix their mistakes. I cannot speak to their other services. But i do have to change my early notion that this company has good customer service. Other aspects of the job were performed adequately.I cannot endorse or recommend this company especially for ducting/ventilation work.I welcome direct communication with the company. Richard was very professional with his work. He paid close attention to detail and asked for feedback after each job. Though his work day was quite long - almost ten hours - he was keen to finish everything, yet took the necessary time to complete each job properly.
