I was extremely pleased with the exterior waterproofing and sump pump installation done by Gta Concrete Repair. They arrived on time, as promised, and completed the work in a timely manner. They did a thorough job of cleaning up and were very accommodating in meeting our needs. Very customerfocused and eager to please . Excellent communication throughout and a fair price. Seeing all these 5 star reviews encouraged us to contact Marcin to get our driveway done. Unfortunately our experience was not as positive as everyone else’s. Marcin and his team did our driveway in August 2020. Once they finished most of the driveway looked good, but when all concrete dust was washed away, it was visible that it needed some fixing - some parts were done sloppy and edges were done poorly so they look bad. We called Marcin at least 4 times. He said he would come every time, but still has not shown up and it’s almost 2 months later. We expected a professional response and caring for customer satisfaction. At this time, without the fixes and with the driveway looking the way it does (photos attached), we cannot recommend this company, rather would advise to look into finding someone else to do the job.

Martin and his team did an outstanding job of completing the repair and coating of our garage floor. They provided a quote quickly after my initial contact and arrived on time to begin the work. Throughout the process they were efficient, Informative and respectful. They did an amazing job of repairing our damaged floor, taking the time to ensure quality work and sufficient drying time between coats. They went above and beyond the original scope of the job by cleaning and sealing a damaged portion of our concrete walkway - without any extra charge! An excellent job for a very fair price. Marcin came out today to fix my father's porch. Super happy with how it turned out. He's patient with all questions. Available whenever I contacted him. Does what he says he will do. Fast and skilled with his work. Generously reinforced wiggly railing. Will definitely use again.

Very impressive response time. Martin met with us to repair our outdoor countertop. He and his crew worked diligently and meticulously to revive and repair our countertop, secure it and make it look like a million bucks with one of his finishes! He took the time to speak to us about the project, how it will get done and how we can maintain it. We only wish we had found him sooner. A great, trustworthy guy who takes pride in what he does! Definitely recommend.

Marcin and His Teams has done a stunning Job at our house. I had a fairly extensive Walkway/patio done recently in a pretty challenging way, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Good experience. Marcin appears to be easy to deal with person, he always pick up his phone, always willing to explain things that needed to be clarified. When I contacted Marcin for a concrete job we had in the backyard he came by to provide the estimate. He explained what was involved and started the job on time. His crew worked neatly and when the job was done everything was cleared and restored to its place. Having dealt with other companies on similar projects I can fairly say that GTA Concrete Repair were much better to coordinate with and they show up on time which is very important. We will use them again on future work that we have planned this summer.

Work was done in fall of 2020 to replace old concrete pathway and retaining wall. As of January 2021, concrete has started to crack after first few snowfalls, and parts of concrete retaining wall are already falling apart. This is only within a few months of work. Water is not draining properly as it was planned. Old concrete wall was not taken apart properly, and new concrete was not poured for the wall; rather appears to be covered up with some concrete plaster. Overall, terrible cheap job has been done without proper thought or planning. Even during the construction, care was not taken while pouring concrete - there were concrete splatters everywhere, including deck, ruining the deck varnish that was on. Had to scrap off, sand, and repaint personally afterwards. Do not recommend. Company owner will not call back to discuss or provide assistance.
