They came out and did a new interlocking walkway in front of my house for me revamped my garden did an awesome job did it right and now it looks absolutely beautiful I would 100% recommend this company

Called for a quote to have some work done. Appointment made for the following Monday at 10am. No one came. Not even the common courtesy to call and reschedule. If this is how they treat potential new customers, I'm not interested in their services.

First I’d like to say that , at first, I was completely delighted with the work and finished product!! I received many compliments and was well pleased. However, this quickly soured!! I had a problem with some of the plants dying. Then I had the nerve to ask a question about replacing them, and received snarky, sarcastic replies!! Even after apologizing for daring to ask a reasonable question…so now, to their credit, the plants were placed, in their pots, in my garden and left! When I followed up, was told they were replaced, my “friends” could plant them…the landscaper didn’t have time!! I should add that these were small cedar trees.I don’t usually comment on things like this, but the rudeness and lack of customer service is totally unwarranted!! Not a great way to run a business, in my humble opinion!!So…even though the original work was very well done, I would think twice about using this company should you run into any issues and need to ask questions!!! Any questions are not well received!!!Update: The trees in question have now been planted by this retired senior citizen with a bad back!! A bad commentary on a “friendly, family “ business!! Again, use as long as you don’t have any issues down the line!!!
