Twas the weekend before Christmas, first day of winter break, and I'm sure Alex had better things to do on that Saturday than work, but he responded immediately to my call of distress. My hot water tank had failed and was leaking into my basement office/suite. He was at my house within 30 minutes. He quickly found the source of the leak and he redirected the water outside. As the tank drained, he went off to purchase a new tank and returned later that day to install it. He wouldn't leave until I had hot water. While we were waiting for the water to heat up, he took care of a broken faucet for us.If you are looking for a professional plumber who goes above and beyond your expectations and who cares about his customers, you've found him.
