My water heater began leaking last night so this morning I called around to get a replacement. I was given a few price options along with various warranty times over the phone. After calling around I went with All City.They called to say they were ahead of schedule and got a new water heater installed in about an hour. They also took the time to explain maintenance with me. Price was what I was told over the phone.

Having a leaking hot water tank is never on one's agenda. Mike came quickly and assessed the situation. He provided me with my options, patiently explaining things to me. Called Mike at 8:00 AM when I saw my tank leaking. He was here by noon and had our new electric tank installed in about an hour. Price was a little lower than other companies I called and professionalism was top notch. Mike even took a few extra minutes to transform the box into a playhouse for my three year old.

They Installed" a new electric water heater and did not wire it into the house. They claim they explained to my husband on the phone that we would need to bring in an electrician but said nothing to me in person but that we would have hot water in 3 hours. When we called they brushed it off as our misunderstanding and repeatedly interupted us on the phone.If you are switching from gas to electric they will not wire this for you but will still claim they "Installed" it."
