Canadian Tire has improved in comparison to the past years... You can finally find staff to help you out of you need it. No self checkout :) friendly cashiers.. Nothing bad to say.

Great location and decent inventory. Horrible service especially in auto. Uninformed though nice staff and/or rude staff who roll their eyes at customers when they don’t feel like helping. I’ve given this place several chances and enjoy shopping here when I don’t have to interact with their staff but I’m taking my business elsewhere going forward.

This is a rant on this location’s auto service department. First i was quoted a price for tire swap over the phone that was doubled in the store at the time of my appointment. Furthermore, the tires were not filled to the level where it should have been and they were not equally filled either. You went in this morning and the lady on the counter was rude. When I told her what the problem was she was like its not “low” just because it was low by a few units. Plus she was telling me i have 15 cars ahead of me and there is no bay open and I won’t be able to do it. I tried explaining that if the job was done right in the first place I would not be here. So I don’t really need to know how many cars are ahead of me. She was like I am not asking you to wait for 2 days and its gonna be 10mins and I said that’s fine. She snaps again saying can you please patiently wait? You decide what you want to deal with…I don’t want to deal with folks like these never returning for a tire swap!!

Went to purchase a bike today around 530pm. Staff member Matt was absolutely stellar in his service. Super helpful suggestions for sizing on my daughter and spent time looking for a specific model. Helped pick out something else similar also on sale and she was happy with it just as well. Thank you Matt for your help and being super friendly!

Every time I go to the store, they almost never have what I am looking for. Today I was looking for the rear shifter on a bike. It's great that they sell all these bikes but not the part. The store associate told me to try Amazon. Wow, I guess Canadian Tire is no longer a parts store. Oh, I do have the option of having Sport Chek of repairing the bike... they also do not carry the part! This store makes me anxious when I walk in...

Came to this store earlier and what a wonderful location!!! Everything was so neat and tidy and the staff were AMAZING.We loved this store especially the amazing prices and displays (pictured). All the Mickey/Minnie kitchen line and kids/baby stuff!!!! Such great prices.LOVED this store :)

Rude staff. I would have given 0 star if I could. My mom and I went to this Canadian Tire garden center for a few bags of top soil and we also bought a cart of plants. We drove into this loading zone and a couple teenage staffs helped us loading plants and soil in our car. A female staff came and rushing us to leave. She looked like their supervisor or manager etc. She said she had CARs coming in waiting for loading....I then turned my back and saw ONE car waiting. OnE!!!! There was already staff helping the customer who was waiting in this car. The teenage staff then rushed to load the last couple plants in our car. My mom who has difficulty walking then rush to get in our car. She was scared by that female staff. Canadian Tire's customer service is never good but this is the worst I have experienced so far. I'm not sure if this is discrimination or racist of some sort but why would someone rushing an old lady customer to leave????? I have never seen any cashiers or customer services rushing customer to leave their stores. They would ask for extra help if customers are waiting or long line up. I have never seen such a rude customer service staff rushing an elderly to finish up shopping and leave! Seriously!!!

The store is very clean & spacious. The staffs are friendly. I came here to get my winter tires at the auto section, soft water conditioner & glue for ABS tubes, air mattress and some outdoor lights. i got all from these store. They have a big parking lot. Since they are in the plaza with other stores, like Dollarama and Subway, a&w,... I like to come to this Canadian Tire because I can shop for other stuff at one time. I recommend the store.

I recently visited Canadian Tire auto service center and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. Although I was initially apprehensive due to some negative stories I had heard about their service in the past, I found the staff to be honest, loyal, and friendly. As someone who typically fixes their own equipment, I brought my girlfriend's car in for a wheel alignment, a leaking tire repair, and a synthetic oil change. Since I had my two kids with me and knew it would take some time, I decided to browse the store and purchase a few items while I waited for the service to be completed.To my surprise, the service was completed within the hour they had promised. However, when I went to pick up the car, my girlfriend noticed that the passenger side rear tire was still leaking. I quickly realized that I had mistakenly told the associate in the store that it was the driver's side tire that needed repair. I admitted my mistake and apologized to the staff.Despite being busy, the staff promptly took my car back in and fixed the leaking tire within 20 minutes. They discovered that the valve stem was the problem, and only charged me $2 for the part with no extra labor fees. I was impressed by their honesty and appreciated that they didn't penalize me too much for my honest mistake. In the past, I have seen other people blame mechanics for their own mistakes, so it was refreshing to receive such good service.Overall, I had a great customer experience at Canadian Tire and would recommend them over other mechanics for their exceptional service. I am grateful for their help, and my girlfriend is too. Thank you again for all your assistance!

Had lots of questions as a beginner gardener and services were super friendly in their gardening section. Have had many visits and every time was pleasant. They were very patient to answer questions from soil mix to seeding for planting.
