A positive experience from their service centre, even if it took two visits to sort out.I went for the first time when our Ford had some electrical problems. They only performed a software 'reboot' as a necessary diagnostic step from their how-to book, which temporarily solved it. I was confident it wasn't a long-term fix, given the nature of the issue, and unfortunately, four weeks later, I was indeed back.Second time up, they got me in quicker than expected, explained each step clearly, gave me a couple hours of labour on the house, and had me on my way a few days later. Still a little expensive, but only in the sense that everything is.Earned my trust, I'll be back if future issues arise.

We have been dealing with the guys at Steve Marshall Ford for many years now and have really experienced how well they take care of their customers.We have bought many cars/trucks from them and always feel that they take the time to explain everything and make sure we are totally happy before proceeding with a purchase. You definitely receive genuine customer service and they take pride in getting you into the right car. They look at customer satisfaction as the main end goal, not just another sale.Our son also just bought his first car from them and again the service was top notch. When he encountered an issue just 4/5 months into his ownership they really bent over backwards to help him, and put themselves in his position rather than just making money off the repair. They went totally above and beyond what we already expected of them, and demonstrated once again how customer satisfaction is key to the success of their business.We will always highly recommend this dealership to everyone and will continue to be loyal customers of theirs. You just don't get better service anywhere else!

I would not recommend to order any vehicles from Ford Nanaimo.We have a fleet of 20+ vehicles and I bought 3 other Ford Transits for work from other dealers while I waited for this 1 from Nanaimo Ford.As a local trades business we wanted to support our local dealer, but I regret it due to poor communication, poor attitude, lack of accountability and poor excuses from car salesperson John Erickson. I should have cancelled order after 1 year. I waited well over a year and called for updates multiple times. Only update I got was price went up. John’s only solution was he kept offering me other used vans that were a much lower spec. I finally cancelled the order and once he did the refund THEN he smugly mentioned he knew the van was coming in a few weeks, but “don’t worry it will be easy to sell to someone else”. Then to add insult to injury John texted me a few minutes later to say he finally had a van I could buy (it was my cancellation). I guess he still had no clue who he was communicating with.2 stars because they returned deposit.

I love Steve Marshall Ford - the reception staff, sales staff and service staff are all fantastic. This week, I got a flat tire on my way to work - it was February 22, 2023 (a cold and snowy day). I am an older woman with no family nearby. I did not know what to do. I called my service tech, Justin Young, and he reminded me of the 24 hour emergency roadside assistance coverage I have. When I called the 24 hour emergency roadside assistance provider, I was advised that there was a problem with my coverage. I called Justin at Steve Marshall Ford again and he offered to deal with the roadside assistance provider on my behalf as his documents showed no problem with the coverage. When they gave Justin the run-around, Justin took matters into his own hands to help me. He arranged for a tech to immediately come to where I was to change my tire so I could get my car to Steve Marshall Ford. I now have four brand new tires (no surprise - I was advised by Justin in November that I would need to prepare to replace all four tires this spring) and that peace of mind that I always feel since buying my car from Steve Marshall Ford. They never let me down! Thank you so very much. Words cannot express how grateful I feel for all Justin's assistance.

What a fantastic experience in service for a flat tire. Thank Cassie and the Service Department for getting my wife and I back on the road while we were on vacation! You have shown what understanding and good service is all about. Sending a staff member to get the tire from your supplier rather than waiting for it to be delivered and then installing and cleaning the vehicle goes above and beyond the expected.

I've purchased a few cars from Steve Marshall Ford over the years. But today I had the pleasure of leasing a Ford Bronco Sport. My salesman Andres Tovar was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Never felt like he was just pushing for the sale, but genuinely there to help me find what I wanted. My finance guy Parker Schwinghammer was fantastic. He put me at ease and made the paperwork a pleasant experience! I give five stars because of my experience today and over the years. I wholeheartedly recommend stopping in to see Andres and Parker if you're thinking about purchasing a vehicle.
