Good place. Had a Groupon and it was worth it. Mina was pretty friendly and she did a great job. I wish she could be little bit more personable as she didn't speak much English which made it little bit harder to communicate but other than that she did a fantastic job.

It was the worst service ever. the sheets was smelly and the staff ask for a tip as if they were charging the price. Besides, they didn't even seem to know the basic skills. “I do not recommend this place.”

Went here today for a 2 hr massage, and it was honestly the weirdest 2hrs of my life. From the very beginning, I told the masseuse not to touch my tailbone due to an injury, yet she applied so much pressure on it 3x. The entirety of the massage she was mainly using her elbows, which I found strange. At one point, I asked her to go lighter on the pressure because I couldn't tolerate the pain anymore, she just said ok and didn't change the pressure at all. At the very end of my massage, she was using this weird technique of punching me all of my body. I asked for a head massage, but instead she was hitting my head? I don't think that's normal. Anyways, I obviously didn't give a tip since it was such a bad experience and she confronted me about it.

This place is as unprofessional as it gets. The masseuses are rude. The communication is awful. If you book an appointment for any time, don't expect to start for at least a half hour after. If you planned to get a quick massage on your lunch break, think again. They will forget about you or leave you there waiting, and then demand an apology if you say something about it.They take as many bookings as possible, hoping that people won't call them out for their unprofessionalism. They are tax evaders who only accept cash and demand tips that they honestly don't deserve.If you have an injury and request special care be taken (for me, a degenerative disc which causes agonizing pain if pressed on directly), don't expect them to understand you. They will nod like they get it but then proceed to do exactly what you've asked them not to. They do not understand fundamental English required to work in the health industry.And their massages really aren't any good. Don't waste your time supporting this illegitimate business.

Bad service, greedy, then they demand a big TIP. Not a real massage place. Dump tons of oil and just rub. Not like a real massage whereby they get deep to the tissues. BIG Feet does real massages. They charge the same for 45 mins but they are professionals.

My partner and I live in the area and we decided to support the local businesses around us. We booked a massage here and we have never experienced such unprofessional service at a spa before. Our appointment was booked for 6pm and we arrived 5mins early. When we were placed in our own rooms at the first glance the room was not that bad and there was relaxing music playing. HOWEVER the walls were so thin you could hear everything like there were no walls. It was so bad that it was cancelling out the music in the room to help you relax. Our masseuses then enters and start by 6:10 pm because they all were in the front laughing and chatting away, because both of our rooms were in front of the receptionist. Once the masseuse started I tried to relax and tune into the music to help me BUT 10min into the massage the lady stopped and opened the door to chit chat and laugh with one of the employees for a couple mins, and same goes for my partners masseuses. I wanted to leave but they already started and I was hoping after that it would get better but I was wrong. I tried multiple times to relax my body but it was so chaotic that towards the end I was truly disappointed and upset with the unprofessional staff that I just wanted to leave ASAP, but it got worse. The staff requested for cash only" which I was ok with but due to the experience my partner and I had we did not want to tip because not only did we not get a full hour but also because the staff were unprofessional. The place is fine. Receptionist is polite. The room where I had my massage was comfortable. The relaxing music was playing but the passing vehicles on the street was heard too loud. The masseuse was good. The massage was great however there was no other interaction like introducing herself. The only word she said was Done". And that's it. I still gave a tip. No coffee or tea was offered. They only have water and the water dispenser was empty! And the washroom is outside the spa."

This is a scary place to go to. It’s a bit hidden at Highgate so I know the people who comes here are people from surrounding neighbours ONLY trying to go for convenience and price rate. Upon reading the LOWEST review - it’s confirmed I will not book. It’s so horrifying that a business like this can run. Karma will hit them with the wrong client. So many compassionate people who wants to support local business - but they abuse it. Read the reviews people! I am writing here so I can get bumped up to the recent list. I’ve been to bad spas before and this is why reviews are so important. Disgusting service and very scary it sounds

I am very impressed by the highly professional staff and the excellent massage that I found to be highly beneficial in relieving my sciatica pain. My therapist Mina is very knowledgeable, skillful and extremely courteous. She works hard for every minute of my 90-minute session to ensure my pain areas are being worked on with genuine care and attention. She communicates with me to ensure I am comfortable with her level of strength applied. Excellent caring service. Highly recommended.

Great value for money! The spa is clean and never had a bad massage here. Only giving 4 stars because booking over the phone is super awkward, I called July 29th for an appointment on August 7th to which the person didn't understand that was a date (I do have an accent for the record) but then was told to call back three days before to book. Would like to be able to book a bit more in advance.
