There isn't enough space for me to put all the good about Impact Healthcare. Starting with Casey, the front desk staff and all of his support staff...they are incredible!! They don't treat you like a client they treat you like a family member to be completely honest. Cassandra has been to say the least FANTASTIC to deal with, she went as far as to stay after her shift ended to help me with an issue I was having, she didn't have to do it she did it because that's just the type of person she is. I could go on and on but I think you can tell my feelings for the staff of this clinic. If you haven't been in to see them...faking injury just to have the privilege and opportunity. Thank you to all of you ❤️

Cassandra has been so amazing to work with and has helped tremendously with my broken foot. Everyone is so knowledgeable, professional and personal. The front desk is so helpful and always so happy! I worked with Alisha while doing physiotherapy for a collarbone injury. She was absolutely lovely to work with! She always gave me exercises or stretches that were tailored for me and helped me push myself to gain back the strength that I had lost. She is always positive and encouraging toward me and it is greatly appreciated. The rest of the staff at Impact Healthcare are always lovely to work with, very kind and understanding and always greet you with a smiling face :)

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Gibson. I have been seeing her since her days at CMCC and now drive an hour each way to be treated. She is worth every second. From patient care, to exercise programs, to goal setting. She’s able to use many methods and it’s the first time in 10 years I regained full feeling in my fingers. She’s incredible. Highly recommend.

I came in January of 2023 with an ac separation. Alisha was my physiotherapist. I had the best experience with her and now 3 months later I’m heading back to work with confidence in my recovery. The staff here are some of the best people I highly suggest this business.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Barker for a variety of issues over the years. She always treats what is needed for relief, gives us suggestions for activity modifications going forward and is incredibly personable. I am also in her Women's Foundation course and it is a wealth of knowledge that more individuals need to hear! I would highly recommend her as a chiro as well as her community programs for fitness and general health.

Went in for after surgery physiotherapy on my elbow. Alisha Virani is my therapist, She did a great job getting me back to 90% thus far. I still have to do my exercises but feel I should be 100% by the end of the month, which is better than the 75% the surgeon predicted.

Had another amazing experience today at Impact Healthcare. I had a massage with Rachel and she really took the time to listen to what I needed. She asked questions and explained how the massage and acupuncture treatment worked and how my pain is all connected. She is knowledgable and truly cares about her patients. And a shout out to the staff at the front desk who made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. Great clinic!

Dr.Ashley Barker is wonderful. She listens to her patients and doesn't try to shove a treatment plan down your throat as was my previous experience with other chiropractors. I highly recommend her especially if you have had a baby recently for any pelvic issues. Or even during pregnancy too!

I’ve been going to Impact Health Care since November. All of the receptionist are helpful and knowledgeable.I have had two different physio therapists and both have been amazing and unique in there treatments.The first one I started with had to go on vacation and I switched to Sanjay due to this and he was great!I 100% will recommend Impact Health Care.
