I had a doctor's appointment with Dr. Manreet Gill today and I feel my standard of care was not met. My toenail completely fell off and was not growing back due to fungus build up. She pretty much wanted to see how bad it got before she prescribed my anything. To which I responded Well

Listed as a walk in clinic on the internet. Showed up 45 min before opening and waited in my car.No signage anywhere stating no walk ins".Upon opening the receptionist informed me there are no walk ins.Brutal..."

Dr. Jas Gill is so rude. Every single review written about him is true. Very unprofessional, he gets pay from the government but not delivering the right services to public.

I wish I could give no star , but that is not possible. I would like to say that we made appointment with Dr. Mann last week. he was supposed to call us Tuesday and he never called us, in their records they have called a patient, to get paid from the government in real we never received a call and when we try to call in their office, we called like 10 times in 2 days, no response and then we visited their office asking why doctor didn't call us and they said he called you twice and didn't reply to us why they didn't answer the phone . in fact we never received their call. while we visited the office , I called from my phone while standing in the office, the front desk girls were just ignoring the phone and there was no one in the office that time to be taken care of & Doctors are supposed to helping patients in need and if someone make appointment to hear their concern. but these kind of doctors are just making money and writing irrelevant notes on patient's profile saying that he called. very bad service both front desk and the doctor. I hope they read this review and may be do better next time. I hope no patient should face this kind of service from this doctor and the front desk girls.not recommended at all. worst service ever at any medical clinic. Staff needs to be more professional and learn to respect patient. doesn't recommend this medical clinic at all..

there should be an option for 0 star for all Langdon Medical center practitioner and front desk. Horrible Horrible experience with them, Dr. Randhawa is working from home, seriously he is the one who is still concerned about the covid and rest of the world went back to normal. Booked an appointment with Dr. Sumani, he called for 1 second only before I picked up the phone he hung up and left a message WOW!!!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY !! THEY WILL TALK ONLY FOR 5 MINUTES JUST TO GET MONEY FROM GOVT. THAT'S ALL . RIDICULOUS MEDICAL SYSTEM .

As a healthcare professional myself, I understand that the pandemic has caused burnout for many providers, however, despite all the challenges Dr. Malhi is empathetic towards her patients. She has great bedside manner and actively listens to her patients. Dr. Malhi explains things in a clear and concise manner and reduces any anxiety you may have. I would highly recommend. The senior MOA that has been working for several years with the doctors is also excellent. She makes the appointment process smooth and quick.

Ladies at reception don’t have any sense how to speak to someone. Its not the first time it’s happening but this time it made me so frustrated that i have to post it.

Had a terrible phone call with Dr. Jas Gill this week. Instead of listening to my concerns, he proceeded to accuse me of missing multiple phone call appointments and said he’s going to start charging all of his patients for missed calls. Super unprofessional conversation took place and I feel that he cares more about money than taking care of his patients. Would not recommend. It’s unfortunate when a healthcare provider is not trustable when their attitude speaks volume.

Shouldn't be called Langdon medical, it should be called Langdon call center cause everything is done over the phone but they never answer when you call. If you do get through they put you on hold and then don't come back and answer. If you're lucky enough to get ahold of them and book an appointment they give you a 3 hour window in which the doctor will call you and it usually doesn't end up being in that window or on the right day or at all. People have things to do and can't sit around waiting for a call that might or might not come. There should be an option for zero stars cause even that is too generous for this place

Dr. Maan is an amazing doctor and He always knows how to treat his patients. The front staff on the other hand are extremely rude and it takes like 10 phone calls just to book an appointment over the phone. The front staff have rude responses and aren't professional at all. But overall, the doctors are amazing and are able to help you feel better
