4.5/5 for Cottage Care! They’re very good at listening to our concerns and making sure we feel heard and follow up afterwards.The cleaning is awesome! It’s so nice to have them help us out here every couple of weeks! It’s such a luxury and it is not crazy expensive - we’re definitely getting our money’s worth (smaller home with 4 kids and a pup!); Heidi is the manager for our area and she’s just so great to talk to and she makes sure to keep us informed on date changes but also works with us when we’re away. It’s just been such a good fit from the start! We highly recommend Cottage Care North Calgary ⭐️

We’ve been happy customers of Cottage Care for over a decade. They are very reliable and do good work. It’s probably more expensive than an independent contractor but I like that I don’t have to worry about background checks, sick days, equipment or supplies. When I need to change to a different time or day, they have been very accommodating.

Have still been using cottage care 7 months later and we are still 5/5 stars over the moon with them! Everyone that has comeHere has been amazing. Michelle has been back a few times and she is awesome at getting our place to look great and functional and she is kind.I am so happy with the service I received. First of all the booking agent/manager helped me figure out the best way to fit my needs into my budget. That level of customer value is incredible. Second of all the clean itself is fantastic. Michelle did an amazing job and was so fast, fitting in everything I was hoping to get done a then some! I look forward to having them back!!

We have been using Cottage Care for the past 2 years for our AirBnb in Chestermere. They have been absolutely amazing and always do a deep clean as per our AirBnb protocol. Most days, the guests leave around 11AM and the new guests arrive around 4PM with the occasional early arrival. Never have we received a complaint about anything relating to cleanliness or have the cleaners not been finished by the guests arrival. I cannot stress how perfectly they have performed or our lack of stress around the cleanliness of our house. Highly recommended!! Thank you Heidi.
