They came to look at my heat pump and the bill was double what they said it would be. They charged travel time for the technician forgetting things and having to go get it they also charged for the technician to call other technicians to see if they could figure out what was wrong. Between travel time, phone time, forgot things time and picking up parts time I was charged over $400 for time that no work was getting done. They will give you a quote" but make no effort to stand by that "quote" and will make excuses why they "quote" was not accurate. The employees do not have the ability to give you a price when they are there doing the work so when you get the bill in the mail it is always a surprise."
