Excellent customer service. I bought a Duvet cover 2 months ago and today I ironed it to use it. I noticed that it had several tears, I went to the Masonville store and they changed it immediately. Thank you, I really appreciate how you take care of customers

Yesterday, was my first visit to the store. I experienced excellent customer service from, Suha. She was helpful, friendly, polite and professional. She even offered me the sale price on a set of sheets even though the sale had just ended. I am very satisfied with my linens and due to my positive experience I am sure to return to the store to make further purchases. Thanks again Suha!

We've been coming to QE Home for many years now, and keep coming back. The staff are always friendly and excellent in explaining about any of thier product's. The products are, good quality and good value. I love the bamboo sheets here. Definitely recommend coming if you looking for bedding needs.

One of the nicest stores I've visited. The customer service is amazing. The staff is very knowledgable. I was able to find twin XL sheets here which is amazing as they are hard to find. Very happy with my visit.
