I purchased a real human hair wig this store and Chelsey helped me. She’s amazing and so professional. I love the wig so much, real hair is so so comfortable. And today I need a new style so I go back this store and I am so happy to see Chelsey again. So fast and right she found what I want. Thank you for this store and thanks to Chelsey for the help!

I brought my wife in as a surprise to get her hair done for the holidays since she has always been self conscious of her thin hair. Chelsey installed some extensions on my wife and styled them beautifully. She was very kind and patient and took the time to answer all of our questions, she is very knowledgeable and skilled. To say my wife was happy with her new hair would be an understatement! She LOVES them. Thank you chelsey and loxx for giving my wife her confidence back!

I purchased a wig from these guys about a year or so ago. I was told to come back & get it styled when I was ready to. Meanwhile, management has changed hands & new Management won’t even give me the time of day.I inquired about a topper to style my hair quickly & go. Their toppers went from $500/piece to $1000 starting point in Jan 2023. This doesn’t include styling.I ask people out there, don’t you have better things to do with your money than getting taken by these people?Just money grabbers! Once you pay for this expensive hair, you won’t get much assistance from these guys. They may sound nice up front but once you buy, beware!

I felt compelled to write this review because I noticed this store has done a complete 180 with their customer service and hope it's recognized! I've had my hair curled for the past 4-5 years and most of the times I've been, it's not really the most welcoming and friendly experience. However, I had such a pleasant experience with Baani yesterday--she was very mature, professional, respectful and attentive. She did a great job with my hair and I feel more comfortable coming back!

It was a great experience visiting Luxury hair in Richmond. The owner of the store was nice. He showed me numbers of wigs before I got satisfied. I will recommend other people to visit this store

I took my wife and two daughters here.Alex and Shahlaa are very knowledgeable and provided excellent costumer service.They asked the right questions and made the right recommendations.My wife and daughter’s’ hair never looked that good and healthy before.Will definitely go back.

Darya is amazing, she’s been dyeing and styling my hair for a while and does an incredible job every time. Recently have had her install my hair extensions and my hair has never looked so perfect. She is so talented and knowledgeable with great energy, would definitely recommend her.

Been coming here for years bought 5 sets already now. Love all the girls here, especially Jacki, Sydney, Chelsey and Cassandra they are always my go too. The hair quality is amazing my favourite set is the bombshell since it is 24 I get the length and volume I've been looking for. I highly recommend anyone looking for extensions to come here because if you keep your receipt they give you free hairstyles forever (just make sure you don't lose the receipt)!Here are my before and after photos :)"
