The furnace was broken last week and then I ordered and new furnace and heat pump from super saving . Their installers,Carlos and Tom came in to install the hybrid heating systems into my home. They were so professional all the time . They spent their time with the installation and made sure everything was working and in good condition . after installed , Tom just instructed how to use ecobee lite 3 wifi thermostat in patient and so I am so happy to choose this company at this time , highly referral to all person i knew .

We hire previous contractor who can’t do it due to completed basement and complicated wiring ,duct work issue , i just referral from one of my friend for this company , the company assign technician Mike and Tim came over to check the job site and make the plan how to run the exhausted pipe and in take , it is very cautious to cut the dry wall and fixed up by air grille , it looks very nice ,eventually , they installed a furnace and heat pump which was difficult job. , They completed the job and ,I am extremely happy with the service we received. I was especially impressed with how they made sure they cleaned up after they were done, . I have no doubt to recommend this business.

Nelson came to give us a quote and provided a lot of information with details about the our furnace, hot water tank, ducting system and government Rebate program.He is on time, manages everything excellently, has no attitude at work, is patient and not only looking for money also; his team was super professional and polite.Highly recommend him to my family and friends. They took their time with the installation and made sure everything was working and in good order. Just seeing the perfect work they did made me feel at ease. There were some bumps along the way to install because of the type of system that I have but Andy took his time and made sure that everything was put together perfectly and working well. Once everything was completed they made sure that I understood everything and answered all of my questions that I had. Thank you Andy and Gavin for such an amazing job! Because of the two of you I would highly recommend this company to everyone that I know. Thank you again!

I changed my furnace and AC with this professional company and dedicated knowledgeable polite team, starting from Mr. Nelson the professional attitude and way of giving you all the informations with honesty and integrity makes me decide right away to go with this company and i am a contractor and used so many companies before but this time is really different , and the two professional technicians Mr. Ken the master and professional installer he is so kind and did a great job for me in this project and Mr. Steven was a great guy polite always smiling perfect in his job, they left me the house clean and they were keen to make everything better than it was, really i am very happy to deal with this company, nice team and excellent job. I‘ve had a great experience with Eric and Ion from Super Savings. They arrived on time when I worked from home, they are very professional, work quietly in the basement, very professional to install lineset , electrical wiring was very smooth and neat, after they installed, they cleaned up and vacuumed debris on the floor, and instructed me step by step on how to use wifi thermostat and how to replace filter properly in a very patient manner, they are very professional, very appreciated for the hard work that they technicians provided.

The whole process has been excellent since I first contacted them and spoke to their advisor Andy. He explained our options to replace our HVAC and heat pump system and recommended what was best and suitable for my house . He was very responsive to emails and texts while we were choosing our new system and have some questions for that . During installation, Mike and Tim came and did their job really well ,They were clean and took all garbage with them. They were easy to talk to, very friendly, and gave us tips and information about our new system. I highly recommend super savings - their staff is great.

I asked for a quote, received one on the same day from an expert (shout out to NELSON), asked a few questions and got answers to all of them and more in a professionally explained way, interested in a deal and he helped me to get what I want within my budget. he offered name brands with a very reasonable price.Best of all; furnace, humidifier and AC installation next day(as promised) 2 very nice polite guys. The technician Mike who came to my house was very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions regarding water tank . he did diagnostic checking for water tank, and find out water valve broken .and he suggest it need to replace it asap and present amazing reasonable cost to me, I had the unit installed the next day. Tim and Mike were quick and cleaned up after. They both provide so professional and knowledge services . Excellent job so far.

Andy and his team completed a fantastic job on the installation of my AC and Heating unit. Those guys arrived on time, were very thorough and cleaned up very nicely afterwards. I find that anytime I've had questions, Andy is easily reachable and is very prompt at suggesting the needs of our home. It's a good feeling to know that our home's HVAC needs will always be looked after by his team. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!
