Extremely disappointed. We put our order request in a week prior to the date needed for the cake. The artwork on the cake was amazing which is why I am giving 2 stars but the cake was extremely dry and flavourless. My son didn't even get a chance to have a piece of his own birthday cake and it is quite embarrassing when we spent 165$ on a cake only to be apologized too. we took a total 2 pieces and did a taste test around the room - everyone had the same opinion , yes they refunded us 50% but only apologized and said its not common" to occur

Birthday girl and guests alike were amazed and delighted by our cat-themed cake. It was the most incredible thing we'd ever seen. We will order from this company every time we need a cake for a special occasion. Just perfect! The customer service was great and the cake was delicious as well as beautiful.
