Mike was terrific. Before even officially starting his inspection he was able to point out an issue with our roof. He was very professional, thorough, and took notes as he went along; documenting everything.Using his infrared camera, he was able to see through the walls of our home to ensure that our insulation was distributed evenly and that there were no gaps or issues where cold or heat would escape.We received a very detailed report after his inspection which allowed us to compile our Tarion Warranty list with ease.Highly recommend Mike for your inspection needs.

Mike showed up in advance to make the most of his exterior inspection during daylight. He did a meticulous work; but most importantly he took his time to conduct the inspection of the entire house and brought me along to show what he had flagged and why he flagged it. He recorded the whole process by filming and taking pictures that were later included in the detailed report. At the end of the house inspection, I was able to pay with my debit card on sight and got the electronic receipt which makes for an effortless transaction. Everything was tailor towards making the experience as smooth as possible for me the client. He took the time to inform me on how to navigate throughout the report and offer to reach out to him should I have any additional questions. The whole process was what I consider a white glove service. That's how I would describe my experience with Mike, and I can say that it was worth every penny. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
