I only go to Canadian Tire a few times a year when they have something that I can't find anywhere else. The staff are abrupt and make you think that you are wasting their precious time. I have never found any friendly helpful staff Canadian Tire. If I ask a question, I am told sorry

Fantastic customer service! Had a miss communication from what I ordered (tires) to what I received, called and explained the situation. Was told no problem bring car back and they would make it right. I appreciate that I was believed and not questioned. Was just told to pay the difference. Will definitely bring our vehicles here again. Customer service goes along way with us!

Great place to shop for a veriety of things, has a good rewards program. Only thing is rubbery order throughout the place is overbearing. It honestly gives me a headache being there because of it but that's more of a me problem.

They certainly have a bit of everything here. Somethings are very well priced compared to other stores but for others he should really research your prices before the time. There are so many departments it can be difficult to find things, luckily there are lots of associates to help. I do like their small kitchen appliances, And the automotive section is great too.

I really like this location. The staff is friendly and always helpful when asked any questions. They have a great seasonal garden section and still have some things you need for gardening in winter also. They have everything from pots and pans, sporting equipment to automotive. If they don't have it in store, they will help you get what you need. I highly recommend it!

I have been to the service department many times for various things but mostly tires and I always get excellent service every time. They are often busy but find a way to fit me in. I recently hit a pothole bending a rim. I took the tire and rim to the the service dept. on Friday morning. They had it in the shop the same day and found the tire bad. They were able to order one in for Monday and I had it back Monday afternoon. Great!
